Do I need to provide government id proof for blue dart?

The person called on my phone and told to please come down to receive the packet. (I work on the 6th floor). And when I went there, he asked for PAN card number/ gov. id proof.

I was with my company id card with the same phone on which he called. But it was not enough for him!!!

This is really pathetic!!!

My question here is, is it ok to handover my personal details (PAN card no or nay gov. id...

I'm complaining about staff behavior and language at Sonepat Centre

Considering I'm hospitalized for leg surgery, I agreed to provide him online verification as well including aadhar, passport. I even agreed to pay some charges. Toll free number

I made 8 calls from my mobile number [protected] to toll free number [protected] on 12/01/2017 in between 13.00 to 13.45. Call connected but no body is responding and call charges recovered from my balance. What is this? . 1)How calls charged to toll free number?

Consignment arrived but not delivered more than a week

I have tried some hundred times to get in touch with a person i can speak with at bluedart but to no avail. My waybill no is [protected]. Horrible and worst service

Misbehaviour of your delivery person
