Dear Sir/ma'am,

My Bank send me a Card which is deliver to wrong location and a wrong person from a blue dart Company, I didn't get any calls from Delivery partner about my delivery date and all And he deliver my Card to another guy without my concent. I tried calling customer care many time but call didn't connect. Please do the needful because that card is very important for me.

    Why i got the status CONSIGNEE'S ADDRESS INCORRECT/INCORRECT even i have entered correct address. Over this address i have already recieved around 50+ Parcels. The order number is [protected]

      Address: 32 GHORPADE PETH FLAT NO 401 FLOOR

      Blue Dart employee with Mobile Number [protected] refused to deliver the consignment and return back with false note that customer is not reachable. I do have the phone recording for requesting him to deliver as it is of cheque book and there is an emergency. Further he asked me to reschedule and later he handed over the cheque boo k bank branch instead of delivering at my give address. Request to take disciplinary action against the employee and confirm and provide remedy for the failure of the delivery by your company. As needed will submit the phone recording.

        Blue dart courier not delivered - 20482133825

        I had never experienced this much frustration in the process of a consignment to be delivered at my address before.
        May 2023. As I needed that passport urgently, just after seeing that tracking-status online, I proactively called their Customer Service ([protected]).         I ordered a laptop from official Asus website on 18th may 2023, and i had already paid full amount of money that is nearly 50k.
        The delivery partner assigned by Asus website was bluedart.
        My expected delivery date was 22 may 2023
        On 22 may, i was notified through sms and on bluedart tracking that my order will be delivered today.
        Many hours passed, but nothing happened.
        I called their customer care for like 20 times, they lied to me again and again.
        Delivery boy did fraud, he never called me, and marked my address as incorrect on tracking website of bluedart.
        This is unbearable.
        My father gave hard earned money for my laptop, I'm so much worried.
        I need solution 😭

          I ordered couple of things and the courier company is blue dart. Order no. If blue dart is [protected] . As per status it's showing that product is delivered and handover to kala. I don't know who is Kala and even I didn't got any call from anyone.
          Please check the status of my order and let me know the details because I didn't received my order yet.

            The delivery person did not even call and raised the status that he could not find the address.
            last 2 das it has been reining heavily in Bengaluru so even before attempting to deliver he did not call and said address not found.
            How pathetic is this. I am evenwilling to pick up the order from and blue dart office but god forbid anyone at Blue Dart pick up the phone call at customer care

              My package with waybill no [protected] is expected to be delivered on 20 May but Today is 22 may and it is yet not delivered. I haven't received any call and details why my order has been delayed and still don't knw how much time it will take. It is costly product.

                I applied for Axis Bank Credit Card which was couriered through Bluedart Courier Services vide AWB# [protected] which was to be delivered to me by 13th of May. Till 19th of May my card was kept in at the main hub of Hyderabad and on 20th of May in evening I got SMS that Bluedart attempted delivery and i was not present at the delivery address. This was a lie as I was available at my mailing address and my phone was switched on the whole day.

                I waited for 2 weeks to get my delivered but in the end, Bluedart cheated me and Axis bank by not delivering the card citing fake reason that i was not available at the delivery address but in reality they never reached my address nor contacted me so i kindly request concerned authorities to check the malpractice of bluedart courier services hyderabad branch

                  Actually IDFC BANK send card for my wife via bluedart courier.I’m checking the online tracking it showing that consignee address is incorrect, and i received at the time of 12:40 pm.I’m not received any phone call at your end.                     I used same address for receive parcels for past eight years but I did not have any address or pincode incorrect issue. but this time Blue dart statuses meant "Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect ". How it would be incorrect? why faking status? Delivery agent why not called me before update status?????

                        My courier booked on dt.08.05.2023 and delivery date is 13.05.2023 to 15.05.2023, but the courier has not delivered. After i have checked by courier number status not delivered due incomplete address.                           I ordered boult audio x45 headphones on 9th May 2023 and the order was supposed to get delivered on 11th May 2023 but I haven't received it till today and it is saying consignee out of station/consignee refused to recieve order but why should I refuse to receive my order as I highly need it and yesterday it was shown like order was cancelled by you when I didn't even thought about cancelling my order wont the delivery persons have recharge in their mobile they can atleast call once please resolve this issue and work so that future customers don't have to face these type of issues next worst experience I ever faced in my life next time I'll order it from amazon or flipkart but eo t ever be dependent on this bluedart

                                Respected sir/madam,

                                I have not got any call from the currier guy regarding delivery of my package. But they have updated the status as consignee not available, but whole day i was present at the given location. Even i called to the number provided in sms o the blue dart team. But they have not responded properly amd asked me to wait. This is very unprofessional behavior of the blue dart team. Please improve ur service and get me my package asap. The customers has to suffer a lot because of this kind of attention.

                                The complainant was not resolved through consumer complaints website, I picked up my parcel my self. Worst service by blue dart. I think this problem never end, no care by blue dart team... 👎👎👎👎

                                  I ordered one product one shopping site, it supposed to deliver via bluedart awb no [protected], no body called me for delivery, now it's showing Consignee Refused To Accept, what a frustrating behavior, how can you auto reject it with my consent, i saw it came to nearest hub from 2 days ago.. Very bad service

                                    For some reson they are refusing to deliver me my parcel.
                                    First they told me it's from there side.
                                    Then try told me the sender didn't game them precise location so they didn't deliver and didn't even call me. I've to call customer care then only I get to know this.
                                    After that now they are saying consignee refuse to accept.

                                    Please someone help me with this. I really need that parcel ASAP.
