My product is in gurgaon cpc centre..but no update on it

Consignment arrived but not delivered more than a week

Worst experience with
Blue dart. sbi had sent a credit card via blue dart. airway bill no. [protected]. it was not delivered to me on the first occasion as i was in my workplace. no attempt was made to contact me by the concerned person delivering the shipment. on the next attempt they delivered the envelope containing the password to my flatmate. no attempt was made to contact me. when i called them, they assured of delivering it...

Consignee shifted from the given address

I have tried some hundred times to get in touch with a person i can speak with at bluedart but to no avail. My waybill no is [protected]. My consignment was supposed to be received on sep 27, 2016 but i have still not received it. The status shows: consignee shifted from the given address. That is ridiculous. I don't know why they have updated like that. Please ask them to contact to mobile number/phone number given in the courier. I have not seen any issues with other courier service.

Horrible and worst service

These people have gave some reason of landmark not provided for address inspite of full address has given and after calling several times, they dont want to listen and deliver package.

They will talk like they do not care if parcel reach in time or go back and whatever happen to the person who is gonna need it in time.

Undelivered shipment held at location

Today blue dart branch office person at siliguri told me that there is no service at bharat nagar, siliguri - 734006. Why? Is it out of siliguri? Or is in forest? If it is so, then why have you taken this important document from nsdl office without checking of your service facility location.

Misbehaviour of your delivery person

I had ordered a memory card which was about to deliver on or before 28 bt was showing status as refused so complaint was made at amazon and a fresh order was placed, today that person came to my house and i showed him refused status he unnecessary was talking at high pitch and said dnt take the deliveey i will take it back this kind of behaviour is really against customer relationship moto of Amazon and being courier partner poor way of providing...

SMS format to choose delivery time-slot is disgusting
