My produch has not been delivered. The bluedart tracking portal shows "C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address" even though this is nit true. Infact i received a delivery from bluedart just a week ago in the same address. I haven't received any sms or calls from the delivery person. I dont know what to do. Please help....

I ordered my product on 2nd April and just because I couldn't pick up a single call, the deliver didn't even bother to pick up the call after that. I tried calling him several times but no answer. They just kept postponing the delivery and now it just said that the consignee cancelled the order, which in fact I didn't. Delivery Agent Refusing to Deliver. The worst company ever. They always do this. My medicine is getting delayed because of this unprofessional and disrespectful people. Worst company ever. Every time they do this. The delivery agent refuses to deliver the package. There is a package which is from Axis Bank (Way Bill No. [protected]). I talked to the customer service yesterday and told my full information of address they said it will be delivered on monday. Today call came from meham blue dart and said to take it from meham yourself.

I ordered a product from a known brand from their official website. They sent my product through blue dart.

When I am checking the status of my parcel, it is showing address unlocatable and cannot deliver. On the day of the delivery, I didn't get even a single call from the delivery boy if he had any confusion locating the address.

Now when I am trying to contact Bluedart, some random boys...
