misrouted- delayed delivery

The consignment ([protected]) was sent for delivery on 27th nov, and the bluedart employee said it would reach destination within 2-3 days.

Despite their commitment the status is showing 'misrouted-delivery delayed', and delivery date 4th dec.

This type of service is not at all acceptable by blue dart and also for such hefty amount of money.

Please look into this matter and refund for the delay...

hdfc bank debit card dispatch

Dear team,

One of my courier having my hdfc bank debit card. I am out of city for a month official tour, so it is request to blue dart courier via mail that plz send it my home branch, rdc, ghaziabad. My rm will take care of it.

But their is no response from blue dart. Customer care number become blank when i have follow instruction and reached to connect to executive.

shipment out of delivery area

I am expecting my credit card sent via bluedart.. Expected delivery date 26.11.2018. On 24 nov status shows out for delivery but on 24 evening status is out of delivery area.
When it was out of delivery area why these guys taken order. And when it was out of delivery area then why they showed out for delivery.

shipment returned to origin at shipper's request

The courier service has never contacted me for delivery. Instead, the shipment has been returned to origin at shipper's request. How do i get this re-delivered?

The shipment contains my professional certificate of which i do not have another copy or even a soft copy. It is very important that this be delivered to me.

hdfc debit card not delivered.

My hdfc debit card is dispatched on 20/11/2018 and the way bill number is [protected]. Now status shows that it is with the delivery boy. Yesterday evening i got one more sms that the delivery boy couldn't find the address. change my delivery address

I am complaining about delivery time and the employee

My phone was coming from amazon. It reaches at our city in morning on 10 november. The delivery guy (‭+[protected]‬) called me in afternoon to ask adress and i told him. He said that i will come in evening. When i called in evening he told me to come and accept then he switched off his phone and the message come that i was not available so it will come tomorrow... no pick up done till date

cancel my delivery

I ordered for data entry job as doing it for part time but i got full time job. I just registered and but they booked the order. So i'm not interested to buy the product. shipment sent by axis bank not delivered

Dear sir,
My name is Dipak Kumar Sharma. In axis bank my saving account is available. A Shipment sent by axis bank on date 06.10.18.Its Blue Dart AWB# [protected]. This information recieved by a SMS on 07.10.18. Next day on 08.10.18., I received a SMS ' SHIPMENT FROM AXIS BANK VIDE BLUE DART AIRWAY BILL [protected] HAS BEEN DELIVERED AND RECEIVED BY STAMP.'
But actually, it has not delivered on me or my communication address....

urgent shipment - undelivered shipment held at location

Blue Dart is unable to deliver my extremely urgent shipment. Yesterday, the status showed 'Customer Requested Future Delivery: Hal ' and now today, it shows 'Undelivered Shipment Held At Location'. This is very urgent and I am very much disappointed with the service. The random status changing is completely unacceptable. Request you to kindly look into this on priority and provide a resolution....

bluedart incorrect status updated as consignee not available

My consignment no is [protected].

I got an sms at 9.54 am that the product will be delivered today. When check online it's out for delivery. I waited till 5 pm but didn't got any calls from or anyone from bluedart came to my place to deliver the parcel.

Later, wen checked they have updated the status as consignee not available when no one tried to contact me at all.

This is not the 1st time, every-time...

I tried contacting blue dart regarding the delay in delivery of a courier sent to me. I tried their customer care number[protected], then the relevant office number in alleppy[protected] and various other numbers of their kochi offices. No one is picking up the phone. I tried for 4-5 days consecutively for multiple hours each day. I tried giving a feedback through their website with my email and contact number. No response. Absolutely...

wrong delivery of parcel

I ordered kurti from selfie kurtis and they sent via blue dart courier and these courier has been wrongly delivered to another person and i haven't received any call from parcel recipient... My order didn't delivered yet and they reported it has an adress problem, there is no problem in address. Yesterday they call to me to come there and collect that from your office. I told them that i suffered from fever and rest at my home. They didn't come. Then why you called it as home delivery...?? Why you charged for that??
