I have ordered a tata sky remote of rs 439 on 4th april and it has been a month. I have mailed them many times but no reply. Once i had got a reply once saying queries will be cleared after lockdown. i booked tatasky multi hd connection on May 24th using onlinedth.co.in . Payment for the same is done using paytm. after the money is paid they didn't do installation neither responding to my calls or mails.
many other people were cheated by this site.i read on their facebook page and also this forum complaints on the same site
Request to arrange for the refund and ban these kind of fraud people from operations...

Its unfortunate and after making payment a customer needs to to waste their time on sending on email communications to your end inquiring about the new connection installation. You never ever bothered to contact / reply to our concerns.
