bus named JERAMIAH starts service from ayarkkunnam kottayam to cherthala. through kallara which is the only bus in morning . so many passengers depend on the same but the driver couldn't take the passengers from each bus stop.otherwise he will stop the bus away from the bus stop.driver & cleaner torches the passengers & using bad words. we are in trouble. please do the needful.

bus named shoolni starts service from solan himachal to swar ghat. through kalka which is start 7.15 am from solan morning . bus no is HP 64 6340 so many passengers depend on the same for duty in parwanoo but the driver couldn't take the passengers from each bus stop.otherwise he will stop the bus away from the bus stop.driver torchers the passengers & using bad words. he used always pressure horn and loud music it can happened in accident when we ask him to do not make pressure horn & rash driving his answer was you go and complaint in police my bus owner is in police no body can ask me. we are in trouble. please do the needful.

    I was book my from hyderabad to Bangalore . on that day bus was cancel . I am already get the message from operator. But goibibo people is not refund my money. Even they are giving irresponsible to the customer. Goibibo are froude . please do not book ticket through goibibo. " don't book the ticket with goibibo"

    Royal travels

    I travelled royal travels bus ticket number OBVIOUSLY on[protected]banglore to tuticorin ).

    They are not provided bed sheet for the most passengers. The whole night I struggled becaz of too much ac.please take it as a complaint

      Dear sir my name is preetha am doing my montessari training course in sree narayana public school,vadakaevilla kollam..I daily travel in AVK bus from kallumthazham to S.N Public school..our school have issued me a identity card with my course details.,Today afternoon 2-9-2013 I traveled in that AVK bUS after my class got over... I took the bus from our school stoping S N public school.myself and my friend got into the bus asked...

      Dear sir,

      I was travelling on Dt: 26.05.2013 by a private bus from Sambalpur to Bargarh. When I asked the conductor to give ticket he denied to give and when I started asking for ticket repeatedly, the conductor and driver started misbehaving and used slang languages. When I told I will complaint, he threatened, used hand over me and told - "Do u know who is the bus owner? The local ministers often visit to his house and salutes him. The consumer deptt. can't do anything to us. Go and do whatever you want..." Then the bus conductor dropped me in the midway.

      I request you the take some serious action against the bus driver and conductor for :
      1. Misbehaving and underestimating Consumer Deptt.
      2. Not providing bus ticket.
      3. Bus driver and conductor were drunken while driving.

      Private Bus — harrassment in bus

      the workers of a bus named pms (KL 11 R 7437) which runs from kozhikode to vengara(malappuram) continuosly harrassing students.not allowing them to get into the bus,if somehow entered then scolding them throughout the trip,..plz do something against this......

        I have a complaint against a bus conductor of Michaels bus with number (KL-05-P-6606, route Pala-Ponkunnam).The incident happened on 06-january 2013 at 5:30PM between Pala and 12th mile. I took Rs.6/- ticket (Ticket number: 24317) and gave him Rs.11/- because i only had Rs.1 as coin.Nobody else can identify how he is writing Rs.6 on ticket except him. When i asked him for Rs.5/- balance and he started shouting at me and he didnt give me balance.
        Please take action against him.

          u can complain about it to the depo manager of the particular bus stand.if not satisfied complain the head office depo manager.u should get the answer in written and if it does not satisfy yet then go to grahak suraksha.but u should have xerox copy o[censored]r complain and written answers(if the depo manager has given).register ur complain through a post card.and if not satisfied give this complaint to ur district collector and still if not satisfied give it in newspaper but keep all answers copy with original document

            Sir/Madam,
            I am just an employee in Serco BPO since 2 weeks only. And i am new in Bangalore and i don't know fare in buses. But in the Bangalore, the private buses doesn't give a ticket for any passenger. So when i was traveling i gave 30 rs which is worth of only 15 rs fare. So i requesting you to please do something before someone will affect like me.

            costs are too high

            hi, the private buses costs are too high during festival season -. This is not at all fair the normally bus tickets are 1000 but in the time of festivals they are increasing to 3000 to 4000. Please take action on this and help us.

              bus named sijo which plies between mamootilkadavu and kottiyam at 9 a.m dosent stop at kankathumukku which is the only bus for the students and working class. the bus dosent stop at kankathumukku which has made travelling through this place very uncomfortable and inconvenient. so pls take an urgemt step in this regrd

                I work for a ambulance service and I am a regular traveller in private bus during evening 7last day 13/11/2010 i got into a bus named Simla (Perumpadappu-kakkand)KL 7 BE 4999, i gave the conductor 50/- Rs for 7/- rs ticket he gave me 3/- Rs back and told will give the rest wen i get down, when i reached half of my journey i asked him he went angry and told me to be patient , afterworlds conductor was replaced , when i asked for the amt/- the new conductor abused me very well i was ashamed among the passengers also i didn't get the amount.

                please do something these bus employees is like a mafia ,what should i do ?
