I have ordered kitchen cabinet which was to be delivered by 4july but they haven't yet started manufacturing product yet. This woodys furniture is a fraud website. My rio outdoor set hasn't been dispatched even after 2 months of online booking. They do not pick up calls nor respond to mails. Order number is[protected]. All they say is ur product will be dispatched within a week. I have sent 5-6 mails for which they stopped responding. I think reporting this issue with the police is the best thing we can do....

Company made the temporary arrangement after a month from i registered my complaint and fix it through fevicol but again the condition of sofa set is same. The details were clearly written that it would be made out of teak wood. We ordered a high price of inr 24, 396.00. I had ordered it on 2nd april and i was promised for appx 20 working days for delivery and they delayed it. When i finally got it and checked the table it was not made of teak wood....

A very fake company with high pricing than the local market. And worst customer service. Placed order on 25 April they promised to deliver by may 17th, when tried to reach them on 17th they said it'll be delivered on 24th May. On 24th may after a long call they said they will call back but no response. On 25th after two calls they say that the product would be dispatched on 31st may and delivery in June. These guys are real thieves. They attract people by displaying big discounts on their websites. But in fact they don't deliver your orders at all. I have placed an order[protected] more than 45 days ago.. Still no sign of it. The customer services team is worst on the planet. They make an excuse every time you call them. This company should have been closed by the government due to distant selling regulations. Please don't waste your money...

Ordered a bookshelf on 8th April 2017 online by making full payment. Until 27th April, 7-8 updates were sent via email that product is being manufactured.
On 28th April, after writing a mail asking for status of the order, received a call saying, manufacturing is difficult with teak wood and we will use Particle board instead. I disagreed and asked for an alternative solution. But they refused saying it cannot be manufactured at all....

Woody Furniture has a very bad team. they delivered the wrong sized parts for my bed and then they did incomplete installation and left it with a promise to return the next day and install it. Then their rude customer care refused to even register a complaint saying that I shoould give them the carpenters mobile number as they have given the work to an outsourced agency.
