I have 117 pts unused. I try to redeem it on your website but unable to do it. Even the online booking does not support it. How do i use it?? Please respond fast as they expire tomorrow itself.

I just kept it in the pot at the hand rest.
I just forgot to pick it up back again.
When i came back for it, it was not there.
The staff isn't doing much about it.
They are too casual about it.
It is a fast-track wrist watch and costly also.

There is no lost and found counter.
This is very bad.

Hi, This is Noor from Lucknow. Last month i visited cinepolis(halwasia) and i bought some tickets from there also i redeemed my 100 points there and informed the guy to update my points as well. But after 2-3 days its not updated in my account so i sent an email and complaint that the points not updated. I didn't get any reply from there then again i sent so many emails on the customer support but no positive response got from there side....
