      We booked the show for sanju on 9 july 2018.. our seats were number j-15 to j-20 . In our front row there were drunk ppl who were sitting.. when we complained the security did not do anything and we had to change our seats on our own and sit in the front rows

      What is the point of coming to watch a movie in cinepolis if the audience like these are allowed.

        I tried to book 4 tickets for Sanju on 5th July, 11.04pm at cinepolis, CRM mall, shahdara with my BHIM UPI ID at the booking counter. Money got deducted from my account with client id-122013, batch id-10339, ROC- 118. Due to response time out of your pos machine, the guy asked me to pay again through debit card and I paid again..till now I didn't get the wrongly deducted amount of 1120/-.please look into this. Thank you. I have attached the photos of timed out transaction and repayment for those 4 tickets through visa card transaction

            I bought 3 tickets of jurrasic world on 14 june 2018 morning show 11:35am i guess, bill amount is to be 390 or something i don’t know exactly the movie was in 2d format in hindi language in fun cinema pitampura. I told at the counter that add points in my account. She wrote the number and didn’t add any points again when my movie was over i again visted the counter told them to add they again wrote my number and didn’t add points. I am highly disappointed with such careless behaviour. Please provide me resolution as soon as possible.

            We came to see movies to feel comfortable...But in starting advertisement were of 30 min...And now in interval again 30 min...Just a harrrasment .

            Can we care for customers ...I always have a choice not to go...But is this the way

              Hi,

              I went to Cinepolis on 2nd july for Movie "SANJU" at 2:00pm and i have ordered Food for value "455" for that ordered.

              Firstly, I have paid through PAYTM but they said they didn't received money through PAYTM so i have to pay cash for that order and i have paid them cash ...I have attached cash receipt screen shot as well.

              But today i have checked my PAYTM and that 455 has been deducted already that day from my account so they have charged me double for that Food value ...i have attached PAYTM receipt so please check my request and refund my money which has been deducted from my PAYTM asap.

              I will wait till tomorrow if my money will not be refunded i will go for consumer court for this fraud.

              Cinepolis manager Mr. prateek n their staff told us that there is no avalability of seats istead of opening of seats before ten minutes prior to movie timings but they told us that the seats are booked before that time i want reply to this and strict action against your staff
              My booking ID was WLCDLQK which included 2 VIP seatswhere one of the seat recliner system was not working.
              Ot was worst experience for me, i demand a refund for this.

                  I have been booking 3 tickets for Sanju 3rd July 2018 for show timing 11:35am today at 08:12pm for Cinepolis Grand Mall, Muzaffarpur, Bihar. The amount of Rs. 354 was deducted from my account but ticket was not booked.

                  Kindly initiate refund or book my tickets.

                  I followed the booking instructions on Cinepolis website (following link) to book 2 premium 6:30 PM Show tickets for Sanju for 4th July 2018 at Jaipur (World Trade Park). after I made the internet payment, it was supposed to redirect me to merchant site but that never happened and got stuck on the same page for hours ultimately crashing.

                    I booked tickets for jurassic park for tomorrow at orion mall for tomorrow at 4.15 pm! The money has been deducted and there is no clue about my tickets as yet! And why don't you'll even have a customer care number??? What kind of fraud service is this where you'll take the money and don't even have a number one can call and enquire about it???                       Booked two tickets for incredibles 2 at [protected]@acropolis for 30th of june, kolkata. The 6.30pm show. The amount of rs 460 got debited through sbi netbanking, but ticket not issued. It has been 24 hours. The refund haven't come. Also complained through the app, no response.                           Hi team,

                          I was trying to book 4 tickets for the movie "tik tik tik" on 29th june 2018 for 30th june 2018 morning show 10:30 am and when i get into the payment gateway, the transaction has been failed, hence the ticket was not booked, but i got the alert message saying that the amount of rs. 700 has been debited from my account. Kindly refund the amount as early as possible.

                            We travelled so far to watch sanju movie at 11.30 pm show and paid 350 per head for the movie. Our seat numbers were j1-7, e 7, 8, 9. So after paying 3 thousand plus 900 for the movie what we get is the airconditioner not working at all.
                            I complained thrice and still no change. People here are feeling suffocated and still no action. Audi 3 ac is not switched on but the lobby area ac is working properly where we get refreshments?
                            Our experience is totally wasted as we all are leaving the movie half just because there is no one to listen to us and no ac is working. I would like a refund as this is your managements fault and not our fault.

                              I tried to book for incredible 2 for 30th june 10 pm at alpha cinepolis ahmedabad for 3 tickets. Twice i was charged rs 765. That makes a total of rs 1530 and then my booking wasnt accepted. Nor the tickets were issued but they charged me thru net banking. I want a refund of my money. Kindly do the needful. And twice it deducted your website my money and didnt give any confirmation of my tickets neither refunded. My bank statement shows deduction of rs 1530 total and its paid to cinepolis. Then why no confirmation of tickets has been given???

                                I was trying to purchase a ticket from ur site on 09-06-18 at 04:39 pm.ticket was not confirmed but deduction of rs 205 was done. transaction PCA:[protected]:CINEPOLIS87175:AIP*CINEPOLIS INDIA PR MUMBAI IND.
                                Ur customer care no.

                                  I booked 2 tickets for sanju (Movie timing - 1:30pm. Movie date - 30th june) from the cinepolis app. The amount of 900 was deducted from my account but the booking wasn't confirmed.
                                  Pl look into the matter asap. Either get me a refund or the seats. I booked seat no. M3 and m4.

                                    I have 315 point in my cinepolis club loyalty program which i haven't been able to redeem because of your super obsolete redemption links or the ways you offer. It is not customer friendly at all, i have visited the links and found out that it only helps me show how many points i have! What if i want to use it too? How about that? Never gave it a thought?

                                        We are trying to search a customer care from pas 2 hours it is really annoying that u dont really care if someone needs help call me i need to discuss an issue (I booked tickets for a show of 2.45 pm and faced an accident around 2 since then i am trying to search for a number to call them and swap my tickets with a diffrent show but after wasting about 1 hour what i see is there is no customer care of helpline for cinepolis at all its such a waste of money and they are openly ripping off everyone.)
