I tried to book 4 tickets for Sanju on 5th July, 11.04pm at cinepolis, CRM mall, shahdara with my BHIM UPI ID at the booking counter. Money got deducted from my account with client id-122013, batch id-10339, ROC- 118. Due to response time out of your pos machine, the guy asked me to pay again through debit card and I paid again..till now I didn't get the wrongly deducted amount of 1120/-.please look into this. Thank you. I have attached the photos of timed out transaction and repayment for those 4 tickets through visa card transaction
