Hi team,

I was trying to book movie ticket of "102 not out" on 05/05/2018 from my standard chartered card and transaction got declined. When i checked the transactions of my card, an amount of rs220 is showing deducted and didn't refund to bank as of yet. I contacted to bank and they said to lodge a complaint.

Please help in refund the amount into the card....

no air conditioning in the movie theater

Me and my wife went to see the 2.25 pm show for raazi in cinepolis amritsar in celebration mall. We saw the movie in hall 3 on seat numbers s 12 and s 13. We had a terrible experience as there was no air conditioning in our hall and everybody in the theatre was sweating profusely. And when we came out of the theatre in the intermission, we got to know that everyone in the other halls had the similar experience. Worst movie watching experience...

Money was deducted from my debit card/ account shows cinepolis pos but i dint receive any tickets by mail or message or see those in app.

Kindly do the needful for my refund...

I went to ticket counter to buy ticket and i was informed that only tickets with popcorn they sell there without popcorn they don’t sell.. I have to book online if i want only ticket.. I don’t know it’s a new rule u have made that i have to pay invariably for popcorn even if i don’t like popcorn...

refund and time waste

30th april, 2018 avengers 10:15 am show in cinepolis bhandup got cancelled.
Firstly, we were not informed anything and everyone waited for 1 and a half hour inside audi 2.
Then i was promised the refund within 24 hours but it has been more than 3 days and i am yet to hear anything.
I have wasted enough time and money.
There is no number to contact.
I will formally file a complaint now....
