Hello Team,
I tried booking a ticket for a movie at one your theater, the amount has got deducted, but the ticket did not get booked. I have been following up with your support team since April 7th, they are yet to resolve the issue.
Movie: Peter Rabbit
Cinema: Cinepolis, Royal Meenakshi Mall, Bangalore
Seats: L16, L17, L18
Show: 5:15PM
Payment mode: Paytm

You can visit the respective cinema and show the Booking ID (received in the email confirmation mail) at the entry of the cinema. However, please do carry the transaction proof that includes (SMS from Bank/ another mode of the amount being deducted). Do get back to us in case further assistance is required.
