Hi team,

I was trying to book movie ticket of "102 not out" on 05/05/2018 from my standard chartered card and transaction got declined. When i checked the transactions of my card, an amount of rs220 is showing deducted and didn't refund to bank as of yet. I contacted to bank and they said to lodge a complaint.

Please help in refund the amount into the card....

Me and my wife went to see the 2.25 pm show for raazi in cinepolis amritsar in celebration mall. We saw the movie in hall 3 on seat numbers s 12 and s 13. We had a terrible experience as there was no air conditioning in our hall and everybody in the theatre was sweating profusely. And when we came out of the theatre in the intermission, we got to know that everyone in the other halls had the similar experience. Worst movie watching experience...

I booked two tickets via cinepolis app on 12-may-2018.
Money was deducted fro my account but tickets were not generated.
I have registered complaint on their website three times. I get an acknowledgement every time but the money hasn't been credited...

This is depek sagar from coimbatore. I booked 2 tickets for deadpool 2 through cinepolis app with my debit card for 2 tickets for screening on 19.05.18 10.30 pm show. Booking was done on 18.05.18.

Money was deducted from my debit card/ account shows cinepolis pos but i dint receive any tickets by mail or message or see those in app.

Kindly do the needful for my refund...

Hi i have visited cinepolis hall of guwahati assam located in the central mall on 12th of may 2018. When i approached the food counter for a small tub of popcorn and cold drinks, the staff simply said that i can only have the large size, despite of having small tubs which were visible in the counter. I the month of april i had booked 2 tickets for a movie show through cinepolis app. But do to some reason, the amount of rs 400 was deducted from my account but the movie ticket was not booked. App but amount got debited and ticket not booked. It showed

I had made a booking yesterday i. E 6th may 2018 for today's show of avengers at meenakshi mall, bangalore for 4 o[censored]s. My money is deducted but haven't been issued the tickets. I went to ticket counter to buy ticket and i was informed that only tickets with popcorn they sell there without popcorn they don’t sell.. I have to book online if i want only ticket.. I don’t know it’s a new rule u have made that i have to pay invariably for popcorn even if i don’t like popcorn...

Today i booked 7 movie tickets of 102 not out and made the payment. But i did not get the message of booked the tickets. Tickets booked for tomorrow afternoon show. It is showing 7 seats reserved when i try to go and check previous seats. Please look into this and let me know what is the issue. If it is booked then send me the details immediately.

I booked 2 vip tickets in cinepolis theater bhandup west magnet mall for 10 00 am show of 6th may 2018.
Problem is i have booked the ticket and payment made is deducted from my bank account but i didnt recieve any itenary of booking.

I could not get tickets so far. Movie is naa peru surya naa illu india, show time 7.15pm on 5th may 2018 at cinepolis attapur hyderabad. Amount had been deducted by jio money wallet. But i did not get the confirmation message. I rereived below shown message from jio wallet.

30th april, 2018 avengers 10:15 am show in cinepolis bhandup got cancelled.
Firstly, we were not informed anything and everyone waited for 1 and a half hour inside audi 2.
Then i was promised the refund within 24 hours but it has been more than 3 days and i am yet to hear anything.
I have wasted enough time and money.
There is no number to contact.
I will formally file a complaint now....

I tried booking on 2 tickets for rs 580/- on 21st april for movie “october” for the show on 22nd april in cinepolis bangalore via cinepolis app.
Amt is deducted but ticket booking failed. I have been sending emails about this and also posted in twitter to @indiacinepolis. So far i haven’t received any response from your side.
