[Resolved]  6 diamonds worth Rs. 60000/- — Violation of assurance

In response to an offer received from Leaving Media from telephone no.s [protected] and [protected]
I ordered 6 diomands of 6 cents each on 9 Sept 2011. I paid Rs. 23999/- through my ICICI Bank platinum credit card on the same day.
One Shri Raj Khosla and Shri John who talked to me for 7/8 times promised me that payment of Rs. 23999/- will be recevered from me in 6 EMI's and later if I apply,I will be given facility of paying in 12 EMI's.
I am now shocked to be informed by ICICI Bank that only 3 EMI's have been approved for me.
This ia not acceptable to me. Please increase my installments immediately. Otherwise I may have to cancel the order as I will not be in a position to cope with these 3 heavy installments.
