[Resolved] Amazon — Charged money and cancelled order promises to return in 14 days | |||
I have made a purchase and got email confirmation of successful payment and delivery date. After 2 days got another email stating order cancelled by their reseller. When I questioned their action they doesn't have proper answer. Who knows amazon may close down in 14 business days.so in that case what wil happen to my money? Why did they charged money before dispatching product?. I have given them whatever time they requested to resolve this issue,but they badly failed and keep on sending me emails with same content in different ways.Being called as market giant they are showing false commitment by using our fund.if such a big company does nonsense like this how ecomerce will grow?. Am just wiring for my product deliver date to cross to make legal claim against them. Please refer attached image screenshot.which I took this before they made these mess. How long does it takes for custom clearance. My Goods i ordered is stuck at MUMBAI FOREIGN POST OFFICE (Retention reason : Awaiting presentation to customs commissioner) Past 4 days... Looking at number of complains including my complaint where in I paid the amount but never received a product and neither seller or Amazon is talking properly. They are hanging up phone as soon as I inquire for product. Whatmore, I asked them I filed a case, they laughed and said "go ahead". It shows they have backing from corrupt *****.

Amazon — Not received product from UPS
I am not sure why I have not received the product that was ordered around the 8th or 9th of March. I am just trying to figure out what has happened. When I ordered it said it would be delivered or either shipped by the 15th, it is now the 23rd and maybe it is on the way. It is showing up on my credit card statement. I ordered 10 stainless steel butter dishes. It should be under the name John Todd. I would appreciate any feedback you may have concerning my order. [protected]@yahoo.com
