American Diamond Peacock Pendant Set — not yet received or not yet delivered

i have not yet recieved my product yet..............i have ordered for an american diamond peacock pendant set on 7th november 2010 ! my order number is 6163496. i was informed that i will be recieving by about 18th of november 2010. not yet recieved.........the courier name is first flight.....the consignment number is LB1051382.........................the current status in the first flight website is "in transit" and in "contact" ! the product has reached the chennai hub.....but, i have not recieved it in kanchipuram which is very much near to chennai ! please make sure that i recieve the product with in 2 day's time..............................! today is 16th november 2010...... i ordered the product through rediff shopping........
