Dear Sir,

Dealer is not able to resolve the problems, I gave my vehicle for servicing to your Indore dealer M/S Rukmani Automobiles on 23/05/09 they returned my vehicle back in 06 days but problems was not resolved & they charged 295/- Rs. for spares & 140/- Rs. as servicing charges. In last service they charged Rs. 510/- for spars. All services done by your authorized dealers. As per my earlier mail I am facing all these problems from last one year & I am not satisfied with vehicle performance. Is this my mistake I was purchased Bajaj auto’s vehicle please look onto the matter otherwise I will take necessary action.

Dear Sir,

On dated 30.01.08 I have purchased Pulser-150cc. from your Indore dealer MS Rolta automobiles vehicle details are as follows-



Engine No.- DHG-BPK-15452

Frame No.- MD2-DHD-HZZPCK-15403

Vehicle running- 2837 Km.



I am facing following major problems from the second day of purchase-

1.Front wheel disc break jam. (Corrected by dealer in first service but some noise is there in break.)

2.Problem in carburetor reported in first & second service but not resolved.

3.Gear shifting hard & noise from gear box while running, vehicle comes automatically in neutral gear while running in 1st or 2nd gear( not every time it is happening some time, reported in both services but not resolved).

4.less pick up.



First service done by Rolta automobiles Indore & second service done by Sojatia automobiles Indore.

Rolta automobiles closed his dealership from last 02 or 03 months.



I am facing all these problems for the initial kilometers of vehicle, please resolve the problems as earlier as possible or give the contact details of your service engineer.

Bajaj Automobiles — problems with my bajaj pulsar 150 cc

i own a bajaj pulsar 150 cc dtsi bike . i purchased it from suman autos noida on 14 feb 2007. i got an engine work done on my bike last november from suman autos. i'm very dissatisfied by their work. i've been telling them to solve my problem but in vain. i even complained to their GM but "birds of a feather flock together" so no outcome...
so plz help me by taking my voice to higher authorities of bajaj automobiles.

Pulsar service center people doesnt know how to service or rectify there own product, we being there customer feel very bad.

i buyed pusar in VST,

customers may alter there bikes and get failed but they being trained by bajaj or vst should be an idea of there product to fix it back.

technically they are zero, i should have not buyed there product...

i feel my selection was not good..

I think a BAJAJ Auto company and there Dealers take a softly your complaints, I have a new Pulsar 150 cc bike from PRINCE BAJAJ, Port Blair this July 2009, but I also not satisfied with there warranty period free servicing. They not follows their mentioned repairing / parts maintenance description.

I told you sir that Pulsar is one of the best bike in India, every younger like to purchase this Bike but Bajaj not controlled his servicing policy with Dealers and not take a seriously action against a minor/ major problem with their manufacturing or Dealers behavior with their customers problems. it's really lack of good management of BAJAJ Auto Ltd.

Bajaj Auto India — Pulsar 150 Engine problem

Dear sir,
My name is Mukesh Sandil from himachal pradesh.I had purchased bajaj pulsar 150 dtsi in nov 2007 with its number HP 19 4009 and completed 42000 kms. untill now but the main problem is bikes engine is not in a good position and this is the 3rd time iam changing my piston kit in 3 years.First time when i changed at that time my meter reading was just 19000 kms.The main thing in a motor bike is its engine but from starting only i am suffering from huge loss against its maintainance.after 3 months i am changing its timing chain. Iam fully fed up with ur bajaj pulsar technology.
Please give the solutions as soon as possible.

    pulsar 180cc crank shaft has some problem.. makes hell of a noise feels like i m driving hero honda ct 100 ..
    pulsar sucks 2 yrs engine gone shockers gone chainset new clutch plates new and again in bad shape
    gearbox what to say 10 mins to find a neutral. rear led light problems.. fuel guage always shows empty in meter, , footrest became loose and lost.. front wolf lights one of them not working.. hamara bajaj.. will never go for bajaj ever..

      The Bajaj Pulsar 150 Bike. 2006 MODEL. The Bike silencer has got damaged.
      Shortly after i bought the bike- almost 10 months - i noticed a spot forming on top of the silencer. I thought it may be oil splashed from somewhere. Slowly it started growing larger. After a while, i asked the service personal the problem. He said the silencer is rusting from inside. Only 17, 000 kms of distance travelled so far. only till date.Last week i gave my bike to another service centre of the same vendor, , He noticed the silencer and said that this is a typical complaint for this model and whoever approached the company had got the silencer replaced. I felt cheated b'cos this knowledge did not reach me from the other service centre - which i use to frequent-Later i heard it from a couple of other people also.
      Please do the needful to get the silencer replaced by the Company, which was a manufacturing defect.

        Hi,
        I am kind of having the same problem now. This morning as i was riding my vehicle the silencer top both broke including the casting on the crankcase. When i took the bike to a service center in chennai, the same place where i have bought the vehicle and servicing it the same place since i bought, they now say that the parts for wave are not in production anymore and that they have check it is available with production department or not. For their stupid design to hold the silencer to the crank case has led me now to a situation where i have to change the complete crankcase assembly, silencer, some bushings etc etc which will cost me 12000 +. The manager in the service center is giving a suggestion to fix it some how and sell it out for second hand and buy a new vehicle.

        I cannot afford a new vehicle now, and most of my day to day work at home needs a vehicle and now i have no vehicle. Day after tomorrow my sister has to travel a long distance to take up an exam and now she has no vehicle travel .

        I think they need to fix this issue with the company ASAP.

        I too have the same problem. I visited all the scooter spares shop in Lamington Road Mumbai, searching for the meter cable and fuel tank gauge. I feel let down and Bajaj should have an exchange scheme for all the Bajaj Wave owners of 2006 on priority basis. I also own a Royal Enfield which was manufactured in 1990 and I am happy to say all the spares are available till today.

I have paid all the installments (16) regularly 10th of every month from Dec 2007 to March 2009, However, I have received NOC from ICICI Bank Ltd last month but till today I have not received my RC.

              Sir / Madam,

              I have purchase a motorcycle 150 pulsar DTS-I on 05.11.2007 in the name of Prem Chand Mishra, R/o 90, Kavita Colony, Nangloi, New Delhi-110041 through DSA financer and the bike was purchased from Dewan Auto Baja, Lajpat Nagar Central Market. The finance was made by ICICI Bank Ltd. I have paid all the 16 installments of from Dec 2007 to March 2009. However, I have received NOC from ICICI Bank Ltd in last month but till today I have not received my Registration Certificate (RC). I had gone many times to Showroom but every time they told me that you can only get your RC from the financer.

              Sir, from last 16 months I am facing lots of problem regarding traffic rules. I have paid 600/- rupees two times for RC.

              Please register my complaint as soon as possible. I wil be so obliged to you.

                "MGB Kukatpally" has the worst "Afeter Sale Service" they have behaved Rudly and spoil my PULSAR the LH Light switch was found loose within warranty and they told me they have no stock I went there thrice for the same and they kept postponing the same saying no stock today they tell it is not covered under warranty and when I asked for it in writing they have written damaged so not replaced they also broke the rear danger light reflector which i was told- also was not in stock. When ever I gave my bike for service all they did was wash the same and return it none of the complaints were attended like loose parts and the like.My bike is now out of warranty and they are suggesting to go for insurance claim... my question is why repair the switch with cardboard packing in the first place is this bajaj tech. The service guy says the Manager knows nothing and refused to replace the switch even after the Manager asked him to, his contention was that only the tail light was endorsed on the old bill when all the staff know fully well I have been repeatedly going for the same part, now he says I will not replace, If the part was not to be replaced he should have told me in the first place and charged for it why should he say it is not in stock. And every time there is a different person and I have to explain the whole thing to him why is your service ethics so eroded... I have used the Bajaj 4S and so I know the switch assembly is costly and I assure you sir I have not broken nor damaged it so why should The service person deny the replacement after waiting for the warranty to be over...

                I read your complaint and it's no difference from what i have experienced.My Pulsar 150 cc purchaced on December 2009 has got a cracked engine Block and when i show it to the Dealer, they asure me to replace it, since it's under warranty.But every time i went there for changing, same reply as yours! SPARE PARTS NOT AVAILABLE NOW.I wonder if this is only their tactics so that the warranty period will laspe so that latter you have no other way out except to buy after that warranty period.I am thinking about going to a consumer court, so that the matter could be resolved.

                  Sir,

                  I bought a Bajaj XCD 135 on 20.50.2009 from Rajiv Raj Bajaj Showroom, A-6, Near Durga Puri Chowk, Shahdara, for Rs. 51000/-. The bike is giving problems like the rear wheel skids, the mileage is less around 50 kmpl.

                  Therefore, I request to confirm whether the price as I paid, is right, as someone told me that he has bought the same new bike for Rs. 48, 000/-, why the difference is there ? And also solve my problem of skidding tyre and mileage as claimed by the Company.

                  Bajaj Xcd 135 — fraud by bajaj : slod damaged bike and does not provide and service support to the consumer and misguide the consumer also

                  this is to bring to your notice that i purchased a bajaj xcd135 on 15th march 2009 from bagga link, karol bagh, delhi .

                  since the day i purchased the same i m facing problem as the kick, gare, etc are not working properly. tne day i bought it from that very day my bike's kick is not working .

                  Dear sir/madam,
                  I have purchased new arrived XCD 135 bike on dated[protected], as I belive in the brand Bajaj, but after riding two three days bike is heating high with a knocking sound in the engine, The performance of bike is going slower while heating the engine, i have discussed at service centre mechanic but no one is giving me satisfying reply.I have already presented for servicing first time and proper checking of the vehicle but the problem still continues.

                  After riding arround 3000 kms problem still the same this is none but manufactoring problem, and co. bajaj auto making us fool by presenting new bykes in every 6 months with wonderful advertising, while fact is that they are loosing their brand image from the customer.
                  I purchased the same bike from the same place RAjiv RAj Bajaj...it is giving the same problems as mentioned above yesterday it was not starting so i had to drag it 20 km this bike sucks it has been only 3 months & my bike is like crapp...can anyone help me to get out of this problem i want my money back...Bajaj is not manufacturing XCD 135 just because its giving lots of problem thats why they stopped producing it ...i want my money back

                      Negligence in Servicing

                      Dear Sirs,

                      I had purchased your make model Pulsar 150 on January 31, 2007 from Rolta Motors, Kolkata under Reg. No. WB01Z 8836.
                      Since then my motorcycle is regularly under your servicing with M/s Rolta regularly without any fail.
                      I had made all the replacement of spares when and whatever is required to be change in this duration as suggested by your service engineers.

                      Dear Sir,

                      I have been financed pulser bike from your company vide proposal no 193763/- and I have issued post dated cheques.

                      This is very frustrating that inspite of sufficient arrangement each time to clear my istalment in bank your men are repeatedly harrasing me saying your cheque is bounced and ask for cash payments.

                      There has never been a case when fund were insufficient to your your instalments and I fail to understand how can cheque be returned by our banker. I ask for presenting me the cheque which has been bouned with our bankers note so that I can sort out with the banker how the cheques are returned by them.

                      I must lodge complaints either against our banker or against Bajaj Finance for frequent harasment and creating tension in my mind.

                      You are requested to look into the matter and provide me the details of cases which has has been bounced back with our bankers note and instruct your concerned person not to call me unless I am provided with the documentry proof of cheques bounced.

                        I purchased one bajaj pulser 150 dtsi through your bajaj finance, price of byke Rs.68000 /- includining all taxes & accessaries. i opt for 18 months, emi is Rs.3025. and i paid Rs.26000/-. I requsting you please clarifi what is the intrest amount of my loan amount, what is the processing carges for this.my delar asking me money for electronic clearence charges it is included in your proce.fee or not please clarifi.and one more thing he has not given me service book to me, is it necessary to keep service book with delar.

                          Sir I purchased Bajaj XCD 125 Bike on 27 Dec 2007. At that time Rs. 1000.00 were deposited in cash towards insurance of vehicle for the next year as the loan was for one &half year;but the insurance was done by myself as the company refused to do so.I was informed that I will get back Rs.1000.00 within a month but I'm sorry to say that after a lapse of five months I've not received back my amount.Please do needful in regard at the earliest otherwise I'll be forced to stop the payment of my last PDC which is due in next month i.e.July 2009.

                            i purshased bajab motorcycle more then 2 year passed but BARODA AUTO CENTRE, OLD PADRA ROAD, baroda (gujarat) not given me RC book. i taken loan from our compamy and they demand RC book i approached bajaj deler Mr. Devang Patel mobile no.[protected] and bajaj auto sales officer at ahmedabad MR.                                 I serviced my Bajaj Pulsar 150 CC last year in Suman Service Station, Noida, UP.

                                Just after one month I found my bike giving bad noise and suddenly after 2-3 days I started giving rattling noise and stopped running.

                                I take it to the local mechanic and he told me that there is no engine oil and your piston, crank shaft and clutch plate are burnt. I told him to do nothing and re-pack by bike and give it to me.

                                My bike was just 1.5 years old that time. Till now I'm not able to trust any-one out here in Noida to repair my bike.

                                What should I do?

                                My complaint is:
                                1. Why just after 1 month the engine oil got finished?
                                2. What about the 3 engine parts, I think Suman bajaj guys have replaced them?
                                SERVICING IN DEFAULT MANNER

                                I would like to draw your attention about the poor servicing I am getting from your authorize service centre at Dewan Motors F-1/1 Mahavir Enclave Palam Road, New Delhi-45.

                                I own a Bajaj Pulsar150cc vide Reg No. BR1AF 0840 purchased first hand from showroom in Patna, Bihar on 29 Mar 07.As I am working in Delhi so I used to servicing this bike at your Mahipalpur service centre, which was quite satisfactory. The last two servicing is done at Dewan Motors centre at Mahavir Enclave.The latest was on 27 Nov 09 vide job card no. 15113. I deposited my bike on 26 Nov 09 for usual servicing as i was not having (absolutely) any problem in bike rather than some oil leak. The supervisor argued about major servicing and i okeyed. The delivered my bike on 27 Nov 09.with a bill of Rs 2716 only.(The supervisor was Sanjay and job done by Kailash)

                                On 28 Nov 09 in morning, there was plenty of oil leakage and oil was poured on the ground. On starting the bike, it started smoking like chimney. I visited again at Dewan Motor workshop. They refused to see without making of job card. I requested the supervisor personally then he checked for few second and insisted that the fault is there in your engine, and again i have to deposit my bike for three days with estimated bill of about four thousand rupee more.The same time I routed back with red face and gone to local service provider. He just tightened the four screw atop cylinder and i am running fine. Also many screw were remain loose.

                                I am asking with great concern that if a customer is visiting with high expectation on your authorised service centre, so much of hefty amount is paid by him without mere quality of satisfaction, the real problems are kept in dark and too much of discouragement is faced by the same.

                                  Sir / Madam,

                                  I would like to register a complaint on the service of the Insurance company in regards to my insurance claim.
                                  My Claim number is: - [protected].
                                  My Bike was stolen on 27th May 2009 and I have logged a call about my vehicle’s theft with the insurance company on 28th May 2009. The investigation process was assigned to KMS ASSOCIATES on 28th May 2009. I was told by the customer care that someone from KMS ASSOCIATES will contact me to investigate on the same. But no one even bothered to call me and it’s been 12 days as of now so I called the KMS ASSOCIATES at number [protected] this person was initially assigned to investigate he told that he was in Bangalore and will come only after 2 days. But he didn’t call. Later this was assigned to another person named Suresh ([protected]). This person doesn’t even seem to bother calling me and if I call back he tries to give some excuses not to come.
                                  I have got my NOC, Hypothecation cancelled, RC, Insurance copy and FIR. I told suresh that I have all the information he needed the only thing is he needs to come to the place of theft and investigate. But there is no response from him.
                                  I hope this complaint is taken seriously and further process of investigation is completed.

The concern officer has informed me your NOC will be reach your residence directly, but sorry to inform you that till date several years has been passed, but I am awaiting your NOC. I did mistake to take a loan from your end.
