[Resolved]  bille di hatti — defected bangles

i had bought artificial bangle from BILLE DI HATTI situated in Celebration Mall, Amritsar on april 19, 2010 @325/- and it got corrupted the very next day. i called at shop's number and some gentleman received the call, he asked me to send it back to be repared but when i actually sent it, some lady was at the counter, she was so rude and so smart that she related a series of lies and moreover blamed me for the damage.
she even told that it might had been bought some 5-6 years back and the irony of the situation is the mall has come into existence some 5-6 months back. she didn't listen to my single word and kept on speaking nonsense things...
