I have purchased Ear ring tops from CARBON jewellery. One of the piece is lost. So I want to sell it back or want one single piece to be made for that. I asked to CARBON fine jewellery people for resaling value. But they answered that neither they can take back the jewellery with resale value nor they can make one more similar piece.
Now one piece should be taken back by them with resailng. However, some value of diamonds should be given back.
