CITIZEN chrono watch — Shopkeeper charged more amount by Rs.4000

I purchased CITIZEN Chorono watch Model No. AT0787-55F FOR AMOUNT Rs 14535 on 17/02/2011 from Sikka and Sons D-8/1, Connaught place New Delhi 110001. After Purchase i confermed the cost of watch from other sources and I came to know that said model of watch is costing not more than Rs10500 , The shopkeeper cheated me. Pl advise the cource of action to be taken.
