Dear Citizen Management,
I bought CITIZEN watch(Modal No BL6005(ECO DRIVE)-01E)from Zimson watch house from Coimbatore(R.S.Puram)since Jan 2009.Now, i need strap for my watch,that got totally damaged with in one year.
I asked several time in that show room which is locating in Coimbatore ,they never gives proper reply to me around 13 months.I felt so suffering many times against that show room.
And also i communicate with Chennai person-Mr.Arumugan.They also never gives any proper reply about strap.
Kindly take necessary step and arrange strap for my modal immediately.Other wise i want to return the wrist watch with bill to where i bought.
