This is related to order id # 770079 for 2 watches costing Rs 2,558. (each costing Rs 1,279) booked on 14/08/2012.

Payment made through HDFC credit card on 14/08/2012.

As per the the policy the order should have been closed by 07/09/2012 unfortunately not received till date.

I have made number of calls and written number of mails to their customer care but no satisfactory reply.

I have requested them to return my money as I don't want the product now.

Attached the copy of the Order confirmation.

Please help me in recovering my money.
