the worst site i have seen till today.i have ordered a wrist watch casio EF-558-1A on 26 july 2012 on dealsandyou.com of 6299 Rs.my order no 746460 is not received till today.i called them on 9 aug 2012,they lodged my complain and said it can be delivered any time in next 48 hours.but still no progress.again i called them on 13 aug and they said i have to wait next 48 hours,but despite of repetetive complaints (to supervisor swati) i haven't even got a call from them and not an information about my order.again i called them on 15 aug,they said my order has been dispatched from our and it also received by aman in delhi.i talked to them and lodged a complain regarding my order 746460 which they had delivered at wrong destination to wrong person aman.when i placed the order i clearly mention my shipping address of rohtak(sec 2-3 part,Dr jogender khokher,rohtak) so how can they delivered my order to aman in delhi.424342 is my new complain no. and they said i have to wait next 48 hours.today 72 hours are completed but still nothing happened and they again said i have to wait next 48 hours. please help me. your's faithfully vikrant siwach,haryana.
