I am Dinesh Aswani from Mumbai. I had posted a parcel through Speed Post Kalbadevi branch with the following tracking number: EM[protected]IN, recepient address as follows: Mr Raunaj Raj, B302, Taj Apts, Main Road, Ghazipur, Delhi East 110096. Its been over 3 weeks today that the parcel has not yet been delivered. I have submitted a official complaint with Speed Post office complaint number 10666. I have lost all my patience now following up with un-professional people at speed post is really a pain. The parcel consist of an Antique Watch which was to be delivered to Mr Raujak Raj in Delhi but till today the parcel has not been delivered infact there is no trace of my parcel. I am frustrated with the kind of pain i have to go though everyday with speed post people, they are not bothered about a customers concern. I will go ahead and file a complaint with the consumer court in Mumbai and teach these un-professional jerks a lesson. Why does such negligance happen only with government organization in India?? Who is responsible for my LOSS????? I will not contact Speed Post again for this parcel coz the only answer i get from them is "We are looking into the matter" I guess i will never get my parcel back nor i would get any substancial reply from these disgusting people. People who want to use speed post may do so at their own risk, Coz the people at speed post will be least bothered to assist you. While composing this letter i got another shocker from Speed Post. I had sent another parcel to chennai two days ago and the reciepint just called in and informed that the parcel was delivered but the contents of the parcel were missing. EMS Number EM[protected]IN. Recepient claims that the parcel was open and the contents were missing. I have all the photos to prove that the parcel was open by speed post and the contents were stolen from the box. If this is how India is progressing then it is really a shame to have been born in such a LOSER country where there is no Law whatsoever. I WANT TO KNOW WHERE ARE BOTH MY PARCELS AND IF YOU PEOPLE AT SPEED POST HAVE ANY SELF-RESPECT AND DIGNITY LEFT THEN HELP ME FIND MY PARCELS OR ELSE I WILL DRAG YOUR UN-PROFESSIONAL, ROAD SIDE POSTAL SERVICE TO CONSUMER COURT AND SUE YOU LOSERS FOR A HEFTY AMOUNT. TREAT THIS AS A WARNING YOU THIVES. I HAVE ATTACHED ONE PHOTO OF THE PARCEL SENT TO CHENNAI. LOOK AT THE CONDITION OF THE BOX WHEN RECIEVED BY THE RECEPIENT.
