I went to Dreams come true,Prince Plaza a few days before.Since it was the first shop and as I was excited on seeing the bangles displayed,myself and my friends tried entering the shop.But the glass door was locked and a sales girl showed us action to come after 5 minutes saying that there is a huge crowd inside.But only few were there.We moved from there after shopping in some other shops,came to the shop again after 30 mts.The same sales girl stopped us from entering into the shop saying the same reason.At that time, a big crowd of boys and girls came and the sales girl allowed them immediately.We were shocked to see this and we enquired the girl,she again said the same stupid reason.When we asked about how did she allow others then,she told that they have been waiting for long.It was such a false information as we have seen them just getting out of the car and walking into the shop straight away with a glint of searching the door of this shop clearly showing that it was the first visit for them.What is this and why is this happening? I have never seen such a worst customer service anywhere. Such a bad shop I have ever visited.I don't see even any big jewellery shop having stock worth so many crores stooping the customers from getting in.I am wondering what they have as such inside the shop and why is this cheap behaviour.I will never ever step into this shop even it has excellent collection.Basic discipline is most important than the wide collection of bangles.I hate this shop.I will rate -100 for this shop.So much irritated!
