[Resolved] Eureka Forbes / Aquaguard — harming my aquaguard machine while changing candle filter & now asking to buy new parts | |||
my aqua guard e boiling plus water purifier machine was damaged intentionally by the eureka forbes service agent named takeshwar who works under shraddha thakur. shraddha thakur is the manager of aqua guard service centre of dawda colony area raipur chhattisgarh. we called them to change our filter candle but they damaged our aquaguard machine.now they are asking us to change other parts of the machine which are expensive. these are just tantrums of the eureka forbes company to earn more money by fooling the customers. shraddha thakur is the manager of the service provider who refused to accept their mistake and now asking to change other parts of the aqua guard machine which are expensive. we feel harassed by such a behaviour. the telphone no. of their office is[protected] situated at dawda colny near pachpedi naka raipur chhattisgarh. please take some action against the torture of the eureka forbes company and this agent. i am feeling dejected and harassed by the service of the eureka forbes company.some strict action must be taken against them.please do something
We stay in bilaspur but from when we came to bilaspur till now we did not even found any one dealer nor service person for the eureka forbes aquaguard machine. And from when we purchased till now we are facing problems in that every month and today we are feeling so bad that why we have taken that product, as it is giving trouble as well as no service centre in bilaspur nor dealer. From outsider we have done it he is taking too much of money for each and every small parts and replacing them actually what he is doing is correct or wrong also we do not no. Due to non availability of the service centre in bilaspur. And the product we have taken in the year 2010. Actually we should replace that spare part or not also we donot no. The outsider is demanding that when the spare part is replaced only the machine works he says and that costs too much.So pl provide us the service customer care number of bilaspur, chhatisgarh.

Aqua Guard Eureka Forbes — Atrocious Service
Need somebody from Aqua guard office to contact me immed. My aquaguard had not been working for 2 weeks now...the Amc company has very bad service...need someone to contact me urgently from aquaguard.
