I was enquiring about Aquaguard from Eureka Forbes, the salesperson told me to pay Rs.500(HDFC Bank cheque# 025975) as sort of booking for a preferred period and he said if i don't go for the product the money will be returned to me, i did not go for the product due to very bad inputs from existing customer about the product & service, Instead of returning the cheque, they've encashed it and then he promised he'll handover the amount Rs. 500 in person, but it has not happenned. I'm not sure if Shapoorji & Pallonji company is resorting to this kind of tactics to increase their wealth.

    Bad experience with Eureka Forbes-Aqua Guard. I made a wrong choice of choosing Aquaguard Total Enhance RO WP System by paying 11,990 + 3,880 (AMC) for this bull purifier...
    It worked only for 1st 6 months and there after it started giving problem, Aquaguard service technicians themselves are not capable o[censored]nderstanding / attending to the complaint.

    Over Noise on Pump
    Slow filling of water
    Pump works even if there is no water in the tap
    Recent shocking incident is Hardness of the purified water is 380+ (which was measured and informed by aqua guard technician)
    Frequent Failure on Solenoid Valve and many....

    I made N number of calls to the customer care / service in-charge for attending to above frequent complaint, but no use, only frustration remains...

    Dear Buyer, never go with the brand image, they only loot money using their brand image. You can get trouble free water purifiers with at low cost investment locally.

    Aquagaurd RO TOTAL — Failure Product

    Dear All,

    I have purchased Aqua Guard RO TOTAL, a new product lauched by Eureka Forbes in the month of October. The product is not functioning as stipulated and the machine was changed. However, once in 4 days, the product fails and i have advised Eureks Forbes to withdraw the product immediately and return the money. The exercise is yet to be solved.

    Eureka Forbes — Aquaguard CC Model

    Customer ID [protected] lodged on 25.11.2008 from Hyderabad It is so pathetic that none has even called up or visited to repair till 30th Nov 2008.

    We Indians forget to enlist the enless numbers of THIRD grade companies who want a level playing field (sic) for their inefficient business practices and inept service franchisees. They pay minimal charge to the technicicans working for them 12 hours a day, to make their operation viable and ride a HONDA or TOYOTA themselves.
    kindly make arrangements to me for the price and availability of the filters usedin this model

    Eureka forbes/Aqua guard water RO system — Frequent product failure -Bad service

    Iam deeply hurt for purchasing eureka forbes Aqua guard water Ro system which costs 16, 500 RS.After purchase i have been lodged service as well as product complaint almost 15 Times Neither they used to send in capable service person nor no response.how many times i have to register product failure complaint got fedup still it is under warranty.One of their company service engineer suggested it is failure product how did u purchased.Being paid a lumpsum price iam in capable to take action about the company.Please advise me if any good solution i can find?How to get a good product from the company the product model is Aquaa guard Robot RO system.

    Aqua Guard — Horrible Service

    Horrible service. Company should be blacklisted from marketing in India.

    The body is broken, have been following up for last 6 months. No response. Customer Service says we have forwarded. Service guy says body has not come.

    What to do?



    Its a complaint. I purchased the Smart RO with Order Form Cum Receipt
    No.[protected]. One Mr. Dilip Kumar sold this to me and promised to
    give a life time free service letter, that we never received. Resolve
    the problem asap.

    AQUAGUARD TOTAL NF — Non delivery of product

    I booked Aqua Guard Total NF of Eureka Forbes through their representative making door to door calls. I paid Rs 13300/- by cheque no. 127412 (bank's name--SBI commercial and international bank) dated 27/11/09 -under exchange scheme. Cheque was duly realised and money withdrawn from my bank.
    After making innumerable calls to various departments, water purifier was delivered on 23/12/ 09, nearly after a month, but it has not still been installed. It is just lying in the house.
    Company's internal coordination is extremely poor. The person who booked the water purifier, went to his native place soon after and nobody was willing to do the job in his place. Only after he returned from his holidays did I get my purifier, but still uninstalled.
    I am surprised that company has no system of working. At the time of booking I was promised that machine would be delivered next day and installed day after.
    I want to know how many more days the company wants for the installation of water purifier.
    Please say what you are going to do and do what you say.
    I have lost the good image, I had about your company.

    Eureka Forbes, Aquaguard Total RO — Horrible Customer Service

    I bought an Aquaguard Total RO, from Eureka Forbes in March 2008. Till I purchased the product, after just enquiring about the product, the Sales guys were behind me to purchase the product, offering me after sales services. The deal was four free services in the first year, at my doorstep. Hence I purchased the product. After which nobody turned up till six months , when I realised that it is already six months. I called them up, and requested for a service for the water purifier, but nobody turned up nor did they call me up. I called them up again after a week to check whats happening, and I hear the same response saying someone will call me up and come in a day or two. I kept calling for a month and finally one service person turned up and serviced the water purifier. After which, its been two years now, nobody even called me up to check whats with the purifier. Then why offer me four free services at door step?
    If that is one part of the issue, the second one now is, the purifier is not working and hence I called the customer service number 39883333 and I placed a request for servicing the same on 28th of April 2010. No response till 1st May, when I called up again and hear the same thing, that someone would call me up and come over to service, but no response. I finally caught hold of the service centre number and they say that I should get the purifier to their service centre as my house is not within their service centre perview. Did they not know this when they sold the product? I took my machine there and got it serviced, but the person who serviced the product , Mr Kiran, turned out to be as rude as rude can be , also termed as a . I personally will not suggest the product to anyone henceforth atleast because of the after sales issues.

    Eureka Forbes — frequent breakdown of ro system

    I am quite annoyed by the service provided by eureka forbes .

    I bought Protec + RO system about 4 months back and till date more than 10 times i have to call service person for various complaints.

    I am repeately informing that the piece is defective and need replacement but they are always ignoring it.

    I feel cheated even i had spent 13000/- on this system

    Eureka Forbes — R.O system Failure

    I Purchased a Eureka Forbes R.O.System and I Paid for the Annual Mantenance Contract fee Rs. 3600.00 two months back. Now the Machine is not working, I have made several complaints and no actions were taken last one month. I am in awakward state what do further.

    Eureka / Aquaguard RO model — Aquaguard not working

    I , Sanat Kumar Nanda staying in J.P.Nagar 7th phase , Bangalore - 78.
    I purchased an Eureka Aquagurad RO model one year back and had faced
    lot of problem as described below..

    FIRST TIME :
    after 3 months purchase water flow stoped. I called to customer care ,
    no body came after 48 hrs. Again I called to customer care and try to
    get near by service centre contact number and I got the number. Then I
    tried to call near by service centre and after one day service person
    (KISHORE) came and fixed the problem

    SECOND TIME:
    after just 15 days of fixing the first problem again water flow stoped
    , again I called near by service centre , again KISHORE came and fixed
    it.

    THIRD TIME:
    again 20 days of fixing second problem same issue(no water flow),
    again I called , again service person came and told me put an extra
    outer filter saying there will be no problem afterwards. I purchased
    the outer filter by paying Rs.700.00 and water started flowing.

    FOURTH TIME:
    again same issue after one month , no water, again called to lot of
    people even if called the area manager, after a huge discussion with
    all the people for 5 days they sent one person and changed the inside
    candles and water flow started.

    FIFTH TIME:
    again after one and half months , same problem no water, again called
    , person came and said some electronic parts not working, he changed
    and it worked.

    SIXTH TIME:
    again after 10 days , same problem , again person came , clean the
    outer filter , did something , water flow started.

    like this I did not even remember some more time , I will call ,
    person will come to fix it, it will work for some days , then problem
    started.

    All I can say they have not done service anything for more than 2
    months it worked. all are temporary services.

    very recently it was not working on 25/03/2011 , so I called near by
    service center, nobody came for 5 days, Then I called customer care on
    31/03/2011 explaing all details, they lodged one complaint with number
    ([protected]) and said it will be resolved within 48 hrs, today is
    05/04/2011 , already 5 days gone after the complaint has been lodged ,
    nobody has come or called me .

    I have also requested lot of time please change the product and give
    me new one , they did not accept it.

    I am really frustrated from them, so I requesting from bottom of my
    heart please take some action and provide me permanent solution,

    I AM EXPECTING A LOT FROM YOU, please help me on this issue and
    provide me a solution.

    Eureka Forbes - Aquaguard RO — Faulty Product

    We had purchased a Eureka Forbes - Aqua Guard RO Water purifier in Feb 2011. For the last 3 months Purifier is NOT working. After making numerous complaints - the Company sent a service engineer - but in spite of getting it repaired twice it is still not working ! We have made a number of calls / complaints AGAIN and AGAIN - NO one has come to get it repaired ! The machine is still under WARRANTY ! The local dealers do not want to attend to the complaint as it will be free because it is still under warranty !

      I had ordered Aquaguard Reviva model from Eureka forbes telesales and they got the unit installed through their channel partner " Sapthagiri Associates" on 11-4-12. It worked for 3-4 months and after that it stopped giving purified water and i raised complained to customer care and they took almost 1 week to rectify. Same problem repeated almost every month and they used to temporarily rectify and again problem used to repeat.

      I finally asked them to replace the unit and registered complaint on 7-3-2013. I reminded them almost 5-6 times after i registered complaint and till now[protected] it is not replaced and i buy drinking water from outside.

      Also my warranty period will expire on 11-4-13 and they charge Rs. 425 for any service issues which used to phase earlier.

      I am not finding any solution and have to raise consumer complaint.

      reviva — Product not working

      my product name Aqua guard Model Reviva Unit Serial No. 8005421. Complaine NO. 217 with Chandigarh. they send one technician after 30 days from my complained & complaine still not recover, i inform again to chandigarh costmer service 2 week ago again still not any respons. this is very bad service & this is very bad bad affect on company amage.

      i don't know anybody can help or not

      Eureka Forbes — Under warranty not changing the part

      Hi,

      We have brought a Water Purifiers from Eureka Forbes on 10/07/2010 model: Aquaguard Total Reviva. In this 6 months we have faced lots for problem in this model and when we call the customer care they used to come after 15 to 20 days for solving the issue.

      Now we have a problem that is water is not getting purified. After we complained the engineer came and informed that main filter is having problem. When we called the services manager Mr.Kannan for changing the part, he says that the Main filter will be not covered under warranty and says about the session in the document. When the people sale it they say that all things cover under warranty. If the main filter will get problem frequently why they sell the product?...

      Or i have a doubt that they have given a old product to us with old filter. And the outer body is new. Because, it is giving problem. We are not getting support from Eureka Forbes.

      i agree. same problem faced by me. the person said the filter needs to be changed. after few days he came and changed the filter and asked for Rs 3, 400.00. what is this?

      Aquaguard - reviva ro purifier — lack of service

      This started when i purchase Aquaguard ro water purifer....during the first 6 months it was running smooth ,
      after which i have to call them repeatedly for service...major problem arised when my warrenty period was over...after which i have to change the filter ...etc..now my m/c is kept ideal for a mont as the adopter is gone i have given about 10-15 call to same but their saying is only it will be attending this week ...dont now what they mean by this week....i dont know if they dont have spare parts then whats the use of selling the prodcut...for the paast 1 month i have to get perified water from market....if any one can help me pls look into this...as these people are really discusting and dont know what their management is doing ...

        Hi,

        We bought aquaguard infinity water purifier on June 2011. While buying, sales person promised us for two free servicing within a year. And he clearly mentioned that our enginner will come and do the servicing for free.
        It is also mentioned on the papers he gave me.

        Today after 1.5 years, no person from aquaguard has come to my place...no servicing, not even a call.

        Whewn i called number[protected] asking the same, they say that we cant do servicing for free.
        Also, he mentioned that beacuse servicing center office changed, customers are facing problems.

        If the office is changed, that is not customers fault, is it?
        Database still remains with them.

        I want an answer from aquaguard, why servicing was not done or no information was given to me.

          Aqua-guard is not functioning from last 8 months.I have called 3-4 times to service centre but every time i am getting the answer that they will take this request in priority but nothing has happened till date.I have already made the request on 6August-2012 for unworkable water purifier of Eureka Forbes and till date i didn't get any response from your Eureka Forbes.I am very disappointed with the Eureka Forbes services.

          I bought aqua guard genious a year ago and after a month the LED light is not working and the same has been informed to the technision who came he thinks LD he will get it changed and till now there is no response. Now they are as ng to pay money as the same is out if warranty. One of the worst service and negligible response u have ever seen. Now I really regret taking this product.

            Hi my customer number is [protected]. I have a service contract til 6/5/2013 and i have raise the request for service on 11th March 2013 but no body has came till now (16/03/2013). Their service is very bad and no body listens and customer care is worst. After my contract will expire i will go for Kent instead of aqua guard and will never recommend this to any body.

            No body told the service charges while selling the product, in spite of asking.
            I have never receive a call from customer car for service instead i need to call them to come for service and no body comes.

            Eureka Forbes — Service requested not attended

            I have entered into a service contract with M/s Eureka Forbes for maintenance of my Water Purifier (Compact Model) which is effective till 08.12.2008. My consumer code is [protected]. I had logged a request for attending the said water purifier with your call centre 39883333 on 21.10.2008 at 16.44 hrs with one Mr Ajay. I followed up the matter with their regional office on phone number 2201629. Till date no one has attended the machine. This is a regular feature of eureka forbes and i am suffering since i enterted in to the two year contract.

            please help me

              We bought Eurekha Forbes Vacuum Cleaner from Jayam & Co. Selayur. After two months, we were using it for the second time, the hose pipe got disjointed.
              We raised a complaint in the Eurkha Customer care.
              We were directed to the Madiipakkam Branch Manager - His number is [protected]. Though i asked , he did not want to give out his name.
              We are told that replacement of accessories has to be paid though the product is under warranty period. Only service is free.
              But there is no such condition mentioned in the Warranty card.
              When we ask customer care, they repeat the same that this is the instruction given to them.

              Warranty card says replacment/repair to any damaged part except small parts like filter,dustbags will be at manufacturer's cost.
              Their service engineers visited my home and confirmed that repairing is not possible for this kind of damage and it had to be replaced.
              We asked them for Job Sheets. But they said Eurekha forbes will not give job sheets. We only handle things orally.

              Then why now they are asking for money?
              As a consumer, i am left shocked here. How can i get justice here?

                  Eureka Forbes water Purifier Aqua Sure, Ivory DX
                  Since it was not working…we called in service number 39883333, Bangalore for which they have sent a person to look after..still the problem exist.
                  In every call we are provided with one Request number. Without closing the first request ….n number of request is provided for the same issue…Is there anyone looking into this??? Keeping track of open request???
                  In spite of numerous call and complain … no one has come .
                  Its almost 8 days now.
                  We are facing this issue in every 8/9 months??
                  Why service is so poor ? Worst service ever seen.
                  This is not the first time we are sending email…..all we get is one SERVICE NUMBER??

                  Eureka Forbes - Water Purifier — Poor service

                  I have purchased Eureka Forbes. Recently I have entered in to AMC with the company for two years from 02.07.08. The service engineer came and changed the candles. Mild colour was seen in the outlet water. The service engineer agreed that the water should be checked in a lab. no action from then. I have lodged two complaints. Recent one is on 30th June with service request no. 51516898. Despite regular follow-up no action on their part.

                    Eurek Service are frauds..
                    have been trying to contact them since 15 days but these dont turn up.
                    Have loged a complaint with them to service my water purifier but they keep delaying it saying ki we'll come tomorrow or today n soo onn its been almost 15 days i've not heard from them.
                    Please beware of these service guys there phone nos on the reciept are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] and the adress on the reciept id D- 549, Ashok Vihar, delhi which is fake.
                    i request all you guys to please beware of these holes and dont give them any contract.
                    The supervisor is Mr. Sanjay who is a son of a ... flew away with all our money and Mr. Aman who is no less than Sanjay.
                    Please dont trust these bastartds.
                    once the contract is taken and money is given, these guys will never show their face and u keep chasing them like fools.

                      I have made agreement contract for servicing regularly for my water purifier on 26.06.2012. throuugh mansi enterprise authrorised franchise of eureka forbs ltd. I contracted on the phone of office of mansi enterprise as stated on the copy of contract the number[protected] is responded as in correct number. The mobile no [protected] is stated as our of coverage. Lastly I contracted [protected] is registered complaint no70508366 but still today not responding . It is very shock after looking such horrible and unsensible behaviour of such type of internation company. I am in trouble o[censored]nhygenic water my family children are sick.I want to go to Court in this matter so such type incident not happen to my any neighbour who is near or far.

                      i would like to bring to your notice thatmy contract reciept no is 00087037 and it was valid from 17/11/10 to 16/11/11 and no one has come for the servicing of my aqua guard.i called the agency and they said they no longer deal with this area and hence they gave me a no. and i called.i was promised that today...15/06/11 the technician will attend and no one came ,so i called again ,then i was told that the person will come ..when ..please let me know???????.i would also like you to be aware that when the technician had come earlier when i made the amc...he told me that since something was wrong i would have to spend 1800,and if i do the amc then i have to pay less.please he was cheating me and god knows how many poor housewives have been cheated.please also ensure that your technicians dont go to doorsteps and make a fast buck just by falsely saying that saying that something is wrong with apart in the machine and has to be replaced .my machine was only 12 months old when they said that a part has to be replaced and they took away the part that my machine had.the part they had brought was not even sealed to ensure that it is a new part.kindly help the people get a good and honest service because....everybody has got faith in a company like eureka forbes which i would definately say that it is the best.

                        original complaint no 69579306 dated 28.12.12, since then many complaints on same lines are raised.

                        i am fed up by raising complains of water purity and the technical problem in purifier system. but the failed to respond and resolve.

                        now when we faced problem of health in our children then we are realizing that this is due to RO purifier

                        we have raised complaint on 28.12.12 and since then many more reminders and complains nobody has still resolved the problem

                          I have purchased a Galaxy water purifier from Eureka Forbes on October. Strange that just within 4 months its services have worsened like anything and now finally it has stopped functioning at all. I am looking for servicing and has also lodged complaint but I am not getting any response. Eureka Forbes being the no. 1 brand in this sector , this sort of response on their part is unexpected and shocking.

                          Please help. Me and my family are facing difficulties with drinking water. We need to resolve this quickly.

Several & Several times lodged complaints but no response from the service center. We were with the intention that Eureka Forbes is a branded product in this sector but seeing your worst services feel that it is a cheating company for money. Otherwise a branded company will certainly give good service atleast during the paid service contract period. If yours is a branded company - give service immediately without delay and reminder.

                            we are using RO AQUAGUARD of eureka forbes, they take money in advance and give 4 services free for 1 year, this time i renewed the service contract on 7-6-12, for 2 years by paying money 6950, by cheque no. 244730, which is cleared on 5-7-12.
                            till date they are supposed to give service 3 times, but no one visited till date even once, the phone numbers which they gave are not connecting,[protected], 32935533..
                            this is pure cheating, and one year contract will end by this june, no service till now, i want immediate service now and extention of contract even after the term expires on 6-6-14, i want 3 services extra after 6-6-14..

                              I took AMC(Annual Maintenance Contract) no: ‘[protected]’ for the Aqua Guard Water Purifier (Classic, Motor model) in Jan 2010. I paid Rs.3000+
                              The SLA as part of AMC is they need to provide minimum of periodical service every 6 months and change candles every year. Also any other service if required.

                              Initially they changed candles once and did a regular service after 6 months. I means 0ut of 3 candle changes and 6 services only 1candle change and 2 services were provided.
                              In Nov/Dec’12(two months ago) I followed up and blasted them and after lot of argument they replaced candles once in Jan’13.

                              Yet 1 candle replacement and 3 services are due. And now they are saying your AMC is completed. And the local person is not responding properly so we removed him.

                              They are not talking about the due services. Let me know how should I proceed on this.
                              I am not able to reach any of higher management from their web site(http://www.eurekaforbes.com/ ). There is no way that I can talk to higher officials there and resolve the problem.
                              Please help me in this matter ASAP.

                              Eureka Forbes — Service not porvided after AMC contrac

                              I was sign AMC contract in JUN-2009 month but till date (15-sep-2009) no person from comp. visited for service. I had called at customer care three times but no one visit for service. my service complaint 55320707....
                              I THINK EUREKA FORBES'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS MOST PHATHETIC THAN ANY OTHER COMPANEY....
                              I never faced this kind of worst service support to the customer in my lfe time. Better they can stop sales and service.

                              Eureka Forbes — No Service being extended on AMC

                              Sir,
                              I had taken AMC for my Aquaguard (i-Nova Model 2003) for three years
                              on 28 May 2009 in Jammu and now I have moved to Thane. The contract
                              reciept no is 16558483 by sunrise enterprises, Jammu. The AMC is valid
                              in all major cities in India including Mumbai/Thane. I placed a
                              telephonic request for its servicing and filter replacement on 05 Aug
                              2010 vide request No
                              83333301 and given four times reminders but till date nobody has
                              turned up. Every time I am being told that the matter has been
                              escalated and somebody will definitely turn up but invain. I feel I am
                              being cheated on account of AMC. Its high time now.
                              I think if the services cannot be given within stipulated time then
                              the AMC amount paid Rs 3000/- on 28 Aug 09 may be refunded with
                              interest and damarage charges.

                                  When I met shri Gavali and narrated him he told me that nothing happens If my family was forced to drink unfiltered water.For me unfiltered water is unhyginic and hence I have made a contract for three years.If nothing happens if no remedial measures are taken for a year and the water is fit to drink hyginicaly, you may declare in the paper that give a wide publicity stating that it is not necessary to take remidial measurs of periodic treatment of water and the thus the water is hyginic to drink.
                                  Shri Gavali assured me that on 15th some one from his ofce shall be visiting my home to resolve the problem.But it is regretted that so far no body has visited and feel cheated by your company.It is not understood why the customers help line is being run if it is not able to to solve the customers problem.It is high time that company should close down this help line so taht no customer will lodge the complaints.
                                  Please stop giving giving false assurance if it is not put in to practice.

                                  I have made a service contract for my acqua guard-model compact- for the period 11-8-10 to 12-8-13, for the period of 3 years.
                                  However it is seen that since 11-2-12 onwards till date no body has attended my acqua guard.I was out of Kalyan during this period and my family members were living here.It means my family members were compelled to drink NON PURIFIED water during this period.Thus the very purpose of making 3 years contract was defeted.Then what is the use of making 3 yers contract?
                                  It is not expected from a reputed company like yours.
                                  You are there fore requested to please extend my contract period by the perod from 11-2-12 till the date the service is given to me.
                                  I reserve my right to claim the damages from you for non perfomance the service contract,and damage caused to my family member's health by drinking non purified water.

                                  Eureka Forbes Water Purifiers — Very bad service from Eureka Forbes - do NOT buy

                                  I am utterly dissappointed with Eureka Forbes service. I purchased a water purifier 3 years ago and the day after the warranty period expired, someone showed up to sell a extended warranty and took the money.

                                  I have not been able to get them to come in to service the product for 2 months now. Every time I call, someone is their call center firsts takes 10 minutes to verify all information, then just say "We will send someone within 1 day". The 1 day hasn't arrived for 2 months now. Even if I try to talk to a manager or supervisor, they give all kinds of excuses.

                                  I have not seen such bad service from any product for a long time. It is better to avoid this company rather than waste your time later

                                  Eureka Forbes Water Purifiers — Valid AMC for water Purifier upto 17.08.09 but nobody is attending complain from last one and half month

                                  I have valid AMC upto 17.08.09 for my water purifier with M/s Eureka Forbes and charge of AMC is fully paid in advance.From last one and half month my water vpurifier is under breakdown. I have complained many times to service center at Mankapur, Nagpur and Nagpur headquarte at Ajani, nagpur. I have also complained at Customer Service Division, Bangalore. Within one and half month no one has come to attend my complain and I am bound to drink unfiltered water after purchang of machine and paying of AMC charge. I have been made fool. I want my money refund with interest and action against Customer Service Division.

                                  My experience of 1 day has extended to 15 days and still. Waiting..
                                  I searched the web for their corporate address to launch a complaint.. and saw many of these complaint for poor service.. Its a shame for a company with so many excellent products not able to provide proper services.. my experience with other companies is very limited but I feel I must warn you to think twice before buying a product from Eureka Forbes..

                                  Eureka Forbes Water Purifiers — on annual maintenance with the company registered complaint but not attended no call back either

                                  I have taken annual maintaince contract with Eureka Forbes water purifier my purifier is not working properly I lodged compaint with 39883333 compalint no being 59417059 on 28 august after a week I contacted on 39883333 and was told that the compaint as per their record has been attended I told them that I have received no service not even a call back from them. Again on 13 sept on calling on 39883333 I was told that reminder has been sent to service centre but till date nothing has been done. The company seems to be every irresponsible towards its customers and the after sales service is very pathetic this is the view of others also when talking to my friends and other.Let su see when will they attended to their customers!!
                                  Above problems with ureka forbes is 100% true. It is high time that the company should be closed. Even after having mainenance contract, they are not responding. My water purifier is out of order since last 6 days. I could reported the complaint 4 days back. So far the problem has not been rectified.

                                    We bought a Eureka Forbes water purifier viz. Aqua Guard Model Compact on 18/09/2011. After completion of one year of warranty period, we started getting number of calls for providing AMC of the water purifier. We paid Rs.1,250/- towards one year Service Contract of Water Purifier AG Compact w.e.f. 18.08.2012 - 17.09.2013 vide Invoice cum Contract Receipt No.1248 dated 17.08.2012 from M/s Aqua Clean Service, Add: B/586, RM-1193, Link Road, Near Oshiwara Deport, Jog.(W), Mumbai - 400 102 / Belapur Service Centre No.[protected] / [protected], who claimed to be authorised service provider of Eureka Forbes Company.

                                    But now when we call up for service of the water purifier since last two weeks, they are non responsive. They explain number of excuses like technician is sick today/ he will come tomorrow / he is on the way, today he met with an accident / tomorrow he will definitely come etc..

                                    Till now none has attended our complaint. Kindly advise us what to do. Are they fake people, who have conned us.

                                    I tried lot of on customer care help line but nobady pick up the call. Ihad purched the water purifer three month back, yesterday when we start our purifer but water was not coming even u checked the water pressure but their was no problem. plz can u atten this complain.

                                      I bought a Eureka Forbes Trendy Steel vacuum cleaner 3 months back. It just worked once and next time it didn't start up. After requesting for technical service, technician visited after 3 weeks. He took the equipment with him as the motor failed and needs to be replaced. It's been more than 1 month now and I don't hear anything from Eureka and equipment not given back. I have called Eureka Forbes call center countless no. of times but all in vain. Every time I call, I hear the same thing from them. "We have raised a complaint, escalated it and the equipment will be handed over in next 24 hours". I don't know what can I do now. Probably I should think I have lost 6000 Rs somewhere.

                                        Hi this is deepak from belgaum karnataka i have to raise complaint against eureka forbes because i dont expect such a gesture from a big company like that.
                                        The complaint is that i have bought their water purifying product named aquasure crystal but let me tell you first that this product is dealer model and not the company model and the store person also did not tell us about this and within a week there was a problem in their purifier and the water was having some bad smell which was unable to drink so first i gave complaint to the dealer and after so much arguing with their manager ,their top bosses the purifier got replaced with another product of the same name but the product which got replaced was a faulty one with the same old problem but this time i requested them to give the company model purifier instead of that dealer model because at that time i was feeling like being cheated by a big company like eureka forbes but they refused my request and instead they were trying to repair that faulty product only with lots of modifications being done and inspite of that the product was having fault only and i too dont want a faulty product like this i have not paid money so that i have a faulty product if they cant give me a new product they must refund my full amount immediately .

                                        Water Purifier fold Model — Services of Water purifier

                                        I took the two year service contract from the company (Puricom Water Pvt. Ltd.) for the maintenance of aquaguard (gold model) for Rs. 1900.My Invoice no is 3150. Through the repeated follow up with the company personnel for the past 4-5 months.They didn't send anyone for service. As per the current status. I am requesting them to either give me regular service or cancel the contract and return the contract money. But there is no favourable action from their side untill now.

                                        I agree that there is a lot of mischief!! and it is deliberately misleading people with agressive sales tactics. I bought an Aquasure on of the most expensive models there is falling for its UV, IO and other features.
                                        We have a lot of electronic and electric appliances that often run 24/7 that work hassle-free for years at-times decades, be it a microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, television, blender, rice cooker etc...clearly the usage of about 10 litres(max/day) of water in no way compares to the round the clock availability of the other more complex heavy duty items. While the pricing is on par (or much more if compared to many items with more complex functions-eg: blender, television, computer), the functionality is ridden with mischievous money-making gimmicks (every year atleast 4000 to 5000 rupees worth of parts need to be replaced- if one year its the candles, the other year it is the motor plus candles)
                                        Very very unhappy at these below the belt and underhand tactics of what one would think of as an engineering company manufacturing essential electronics. Basically few thousand rupees worth of plastic is palmed off with a filtration technology insert worth barely one year!! A 25 litre can costs Rs.40/- If we purchase 10 cans per month; we'd be spending Rs.5000/- per year as well!! so why do we have to invest greater than Rs.25, 000/- at the outset and still spend?? It is not making any sense at any level. This company has made a mockery of engineering as well ethical business...where if genuinely engineering fails replacement happens...whereas Eureka Forbes seems to be designing to make the equipment fail in order to keep soft steraling from people by making them actually buy a thing to get stolen annually. UNBELIEVABLE AND SICK SICK WAY OF DOING BUSINESS(especially if think they are dealing with something as essential as water in order to do this)
