Hi,

I had bought a RO water purifier from Eureka Forbes four months back. It stopped working all of a sudden couple of days back. I have raised a service complaint on 14th May 2011 (complaint# 62223803) and was assured that their technician would visit my place in 2 working days however, today is 6th working day and no one has visited me so far. I have been calling customer care department thrice a day and customer care executives have the same reply everytime "we are working on you request and our technician will visit you by tomorrow". There is no form available in which a customer can escalate his complaint to a higher level if it not resolved with in the proposed turn-around time of 2 working days. Interestingly, if you call Eureka Forbes for a demo then their technician visits you the same day or atmost by next day because that demo can lead to possible sale. Instances like this show how Eureka Forbes is focused on its sales but when it comes to customer service they are nowhere. No focus on customer service at all.

I am looking fwd to buy this product but now thinking about its after sale service.

Would like to know, did you got the service after some time( or writing this mail)?? If yes, than were you satisfied?

I have purchased a product called aqua sure. two year ago & from last 3 & half month it is not working i have called up all the no. given in the bill but the person receives my calls keep on telling that they have withdrawn the dealership so no answer i dont know where to go whom to contact
Now i am planning for other options if anybody can help me

I am using Aqua sure Nano RO from 1.5 years, recently i have changed all inside filter ( 04 no.). All new filters are without packing and there physical appearance were not good. Physically from outer side there is no difference between old filter and new filter. I have asked to technician, he told me that new filters are coming without packing from company.At last he collected my old filter for taking with him, but i refused.

I want to know from company that these filters are coming with packing or without packing.

I also done the AMc with them and the packing was open and I request the servicer to give the replaced parts to me. It is better as customer we can mark in the replaced item and hand over to the company to avoid its install in other places.
