Eureka Forbes / Aquasure Nano Ro — Very Poor Customer Service
I had bought a RO water purifier from Eureka Forbes four months back. It stopped working all of a sudden couple of days back. I have raised a service complaint on 14th May 2011 (complaint# 62223803) and was assured that their technician would visit my place in 2 working days however, today is 6th working day and no one has visited me so far. I have been calling customer care department thrice a day and customer care executives have the same reply everytime "we are working on you request and our technician will visit you by tomorrow". There is no form available in which a customer can escalate his complaint to a higher level if it not resolved with in the proposed turn-around time of 2 working days. Interestingly, if you call Eureka Forbes for a demo then their technician visits you the same day or atmost by next day because that demo can lead to possible sale. Instances like this show how Eureka Forbes is focused on its sales but when it comes to customer service they are nowhere. No focus on customer service at all.
