Eureka Forbes — EUREKA FORBES A FRAUD,CHEATER

Dear Madam/Sir,

Please refer my earlier mail dt 04/03/2011, regarding non functing of water purifier , supplied by a fraud company EUREKA FORBES LTD.

Myself Naval Kishore Agarwal from New Delhi. I bought TOTAL SENSA water purifier on 22/02/2011 through your customer sales specilist Mr. Deepak Ran/ & Satish Yadav .My cust ID is [protected].

The system was supplied to me on 23rd Feb2011. But your technician has come on 25th evening to install the system, after my repeated request for installation. when he tried to install the system , their was huge water leakage from the system. your technician informed that some filter is broken due to transportation, but dont worry , I will come tomorrow with new filter & put your system in operation.

But unfortunately my system is lying idle till date . I have given more than 20 calls to your technician , but he has not turned back, he is saying , please register your complain at 39883333 , i.e EUROHELPLINE, when I called euro helpline they tod that they cant help me please call[protected]/24/25 , but no one is picking phone here . Finally one person came ten days back , he saw the system from outside ,& infomed us that this type of problem is beyond my capability. Then we asked him now whom we can contact , he replied you can contact Mr. Maniyan [protected] , He is the service head of company. After contacting him , he told it will done within 24 hours. Finally his 24 hours ended on 17/03/11, a person came with Nano filter , he informed water leakage is because of this filter, as company has supplied you damaged filter. He changed the filter & left.

After one hour we saw that water leakage once again started , I tried to contact Maniyan, but now he is not picking the phone.I called him atleast 40 times.
But no reply.

Finally my system is not working , One month is about to over. You people are really big fraud , cheaters.

Please take back this system, & return my money, otherwise I will be forced to move to consumer court .

Breach of Trust and Violation of Business Ethics

I have been the victim of a mislead, mis-sell, dump & forget scam by some personnel of Eureka Forbes. The total loss to date is in 7 (seven) digits INR. I have material over Rs 6 Lacs in stock which are turning to dust.. the result of poor after sales service & unkept promises of a Sales Return. Eureka Forbes senior management has also not responded to my appeals for reasons best known to them. Irrespective of the huge amount of wealth destroyed, this is my effort to make my friends aware o[censored]nscrupulous dealings by people who would destroy a business worth lacs for their personal career gains. In this public folder you will find some of the actual documentation & history of this scam.
