Eureka Forbes — Service request not done | |||
I have filled the annual maintenance contract form and still after 1 week there is no reply from the department and nor they have turned up for changing the filters and installing the wall mount stand which I requested from them. And now the water discharged from the purifier is not up to the mark. I am very much disappointed with the service and I now really feel that i made a big mistake in choosing Eureka Forbes over KENT. This is my second similar experience with eureka forbes. i renewed service contract on 20-3-11 (number[protected] for 1 yr service of my Innova purifier. since december i have been calling the toll free number of eureka for service purpose. no response since 4 months now. even local eureka forbes people are dilly dallying. i am now filling a compliant in local consumer court
