We purchased RO purifier and when the chaps came for installation in July 2013, they found that there was a problem with the adapter. Till now they havent come with a proper one and installated the purifier. We have been calling them and following up on which they say it will be fixed which is all crap they talk. We have raised complaints[protected] Dated Aug 11th,[protected] Dated Aug 30th) and even then till now it is not been resolved. It is really horrible and hopeless. Since we bought the purifier, we have not used a single drop of purified water. Is this the way they care for customers?

    Its been a while that I have been struggling to get a resolution to my problem, if it does not get resolved I will be forced to take a legal route. Initial complaint was raised on 21st August No 72754532. The latest complaint number of the issue is 88783917 raised on 23rd August. I have been using Eureka Forbes Products from more than 15 years now. I am already using your UV Filter (initial model that you launched), I had you vacuum cleaner (again the initial old model) and few months back I had purchase the new vacuum cleaner from you. I have been satisfied with all the above mentioned products and the services provided, infact have never faced any problems with these. Recently, on 11th of August I bought this Enhanced RO of yours. The Sales Executive who sold this to us is Manoj Kumar Swain. When I round 200. In my discussion before buying the machine I confirmed from Mr. Manoj that the TDS levbought this product, I had questions on TDS level and purification. The original TDS level of the water is ael should be from 50 to 100. He also confirmed that the TDS level will be in the same range. I also called up the Customer Service to confirm and they mentioned the technician who has visited is the right person to give the information. Manoj also guaranteed that if the TDS level is not within the range or if you face any other problem there is an option of getting the cash back within 15 days. After installation of the machine it was late evening when I asked to check the TDS level he assured that the actual TDS level will be checked the next day. He did not turn up to check the TDS level for couple of days. After following up with him multiple times he arranged for a technician on 21st August, when he checked the TDS level it was 26, I called up Manoj to find out he gave confusing options and said that money back cannot be done. I then had to lock a complaint on 21st August and requested for money back. A technician visited my place on 22nd and said nothing can be done for TDS level and it will be 26 only. I called up again on 23rd and new complaint number was given to me (numbers mentioned above) and was promised that money back will be arranged; instead a technician again visited and checked the TDS level it was around 15 now. He changed a membrane and then when he checked the RO water had TDS level of 150. I again called up the Customer Service desk and was gain promised that now Money back will be arranged and the issue will be escalated. After again following up yesterday and today I am sending the mail to you. Yesterday and today I was promised a call back will be arranged and no one has either called or visited my place. Today I spoke to one of the supervisors in the Customer Service Desk Virender. On both the days I said I want to file a documented complaint all the reps mentioned “there is no need of the same give us the opportunity and you problem will be resolved” I need to return the machine and money back for the same, and this was promised at the time of sale also and in various discussions where it was mentioned it is getting arranged. I am fed up on doing so many follow ups and there is no result, each time I call up I have to explain the whole thing and the resolution that I get is nothing

    The commitments are all wrong, the problem was resolved for the time being and the TDS level was at 60, now it has again gone down to less than 21. This results in loss of important minerals, this company and the product is not trustworthy

      I am using Aqua Gurad water purifier( classic) ,recently there is some problem for non pouring of water. i made a call to the customer care, lalpur. some sales person called pravin came and not attending the problem by misguiding my parents. one day again the same problem stated and we are not able to get water, again i have spoken to the customer care for the remedy.,again i was called by pravin(service person) for rectification in machine and given time between 1.30 to 2 pm. but even after his promise he didn't turn up till now. i am working person and am on leave just for the sake of that. i found that it was my biggest mistake that again i renew the service contract for 2 years instead should replace the machine with KENT (THE BEST WATER PURIFIER) . I am very sure soon i will change my system and advice others not to purchase Aqua Guard purifier only because of very poor after sales service of Equa guard team.

      This is with reference to my Complaint No. 88829661 dated 03/09/2013 lodged at 39883333 and subsequent mails to [protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in and [protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in. On September 06, I sent a mail on [protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in and reminder mails on September 13, September 21 and October 10. But have not received any acknowledgment of the mail confirming that the mail address is correct and mail has landed at correct department. Every organization has an auto acknowledgment system, which I think does not exist in Eureka. Therefore, in Eureka no-body is bothered about the customer service.
      It is to inform you that I have got Water Purifier, Vacuum Cleaner and Home Security System of your company installed at my residence.
      This is regarding very poor services being provided for the security system which should be given the PRIORITY by any service provider.
      Since January 2013, I am facing a problem that after every 3/4 days at odd hours, say 2/3 AM, the security system starts giving telephone call at my registered Mobile No. to "Check the system" and when I check, it shows "FC error". Particularly when we are away from house, it gives us a shock and becomes very disturbing. I always tried to contact Mr. Vishal Gupta, Mr. Rahul Rana and Mr. Ravindra Saini but they simply give me an alternate telephone number of a person like Line Man in BSNL, who always says that Security system is correct and the problem is with my Telephone Line. Every time my Airtel service provider confirms that the telephone line is perfectly working and problem is with my security system. My telephone always works in order with Broadband connection. I requested several times to Mr. Vishal Gupta to take up the matter, but not received any response from him also.
      Eureka should give TOP PRIORITY to the security system customers because service of Vacuum Cleaner or Water filter can wait for some days to attend, but not the security system. If it is delayed or not attended in nine months, it defeats the purpose of installing a security system.
      All senior/responsible persons are always busy in attending the meeting and just give alternate numbers of Line Man. If the Eureka Forbes's responsible persons are so busy than the Company should clearly mention at the time of sales that they will not be providing any after sales service. I am sure, I am not dealing with any Govt. Department but with world famous Eureka Forbes, which is said to give best services to their customers.
      I do not know how the issue will be resolved because every body in Eureka is busy in the meetings and customer is at the mercy of Line man of Eureka Forbes which always say that every thing is OK there is fault in your Land line, which always works fine.
      Please look into the matter and please try to give service to the customer.
      If you can not provide the services, at least acknowledge the mail and confirm that Eureka Forbes has stopped providing after sales services enabling me to take some alternate arrangements/action.

      Respected Sir,
      I am using an Aquaguard UV Water Filter purchased on 18.7.2002. The filters were changed after one year i.e. on 18.7.2013. As per Company's direction, the Filters are to be changed every year. But there is no response from the supplier/Eureka Forbes. Despite my repeated requests, they are not deputing any one for replacement of the filters. Always they ask either for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) or for replacement of the Filter with advanced one. I, therefore, request you look into the matter and resolve the problem as early as possible.

      I purchased AQUAGUARD ENHANCE UV + UF on June 20, 2015 from Croma (Invoice No. - SLF02A[protected] and I am still waiting for some one to come and install it. A person came on June 25, 2015 but he left without installing as power supply was not there, promising to come on June 26, 2015. Since then I have spoken to company's customer care on[protected], more than 6 times to address the issue but although they assure to send some one but no one has come as yet. It seems as if the company is not interested in customer after its product is sold.

        Me and my wife have been calling the customer care number for almost for last two week for the re-installation of the water purifier in our new flat and over phone they told all the payment details and kept us waiting at home for more than five times. Each time a technician calls and after several changes of timing for the visit they did not turn up. The website is also hope less and it talks about long drawn process to get the problem resolved. A very very poor customer service and full o[censored]nprofessional people. My neighbor got his Kent water purifier re-installed within one day after the call.

          I have call in this customer care on 20th Aug n the service man was come on 24th Aug n he has not even check the machine n told me about skim for 1 year contract n 2 year contract n take my 2300 rupees n without repair the machine he take rupees n told me that after registration I will come after 2 days n after 4 days he is not coming for repairing now what I have to do I m very confuse

            My RO water purifier is not working ang tap is also breaked.The amaravati maharastra office of eureka forbes is not responding to my complaint.They told me to contact pune office with number [protected].But this number is always off.I called the amaravati office again with no.[protected] but this number is not answering.This cant be tolerated.

              1) First complaint filed on 12th August 2013. Complaint number [protected] 2) No response for the complaint till 17th August 2013 inspite their TAT being 48 hours 3) Filed a second complaint on 17th August 2013. Complaint number 72704846 4) After a heated discussion with the customer service team, the employee Lakshman Kangaria hung up on me 5) I called back again and spoke to another person who ‘promised’ that the complaint will be attended in 2 days maximum 6) On 19th August 2013, I get a call saying ‘I can come now’ to which I responded we are employed people and need some advance notice. I request the technician visit the day after. He said it is Raksha Bandhan tomorrow and I will call by 10 am to confirm 7) I didn’t receive any call on 20th August 2013 8) I called the number I had received the call from on 19th August 2013. Ajay Humane (the technician who had called) told me ‘main toh aaya tha, aap ghar pe nahin the’. I wonder how he could land up without calling/confirming a time. 9) After a much heated debate, he agreed to come on 20th August 2013 by 12.30pm. 10) He did not turn up till 1.30pm and hence I called him again 11) He finally came after 1.45pm with the proprietor of the outsourced service firm. 12) They checked something, told us how the part is spoilt due to water pressure and how it will cost Rs.1200. On showing him the warranty, he was a bit disappointed and said it will be replaced free of charge but the part is unavailable 13) He said he will requisition the part and it will be replaced in 2 days maximum 14) It has been 4 days and he hadn’t even bothered to call 15) So I called him on 24th August 2013, first he cut the call and on the second attempt answered it 16) On telling him about all this, he very nonchalantly I don’t have the part, the company has not sent it, talk to the proprietor. 17) He gave me the number of the proprietor (Milind rajpurkar) who I called. Apparently the number was a wrong number! I am forced to put this up online as Eureka Forbes just doesn’t seem to care about customers let along service! 12 days and no proper response yet. You call customer service and they like parrorts keep repeating ‘kshama chahate hain, hum aapki madat karenge’, you call their OUTSOURCED CUSTOMER SERVICE (yes, unbelievable that they outsource customer service) and realize it is a happy franchisee structure where no one cares about the customer! I regret having bought this machine Aquasure from Eureka Forbes when there are so many companies that provide superior products and services like HUL. We even tweeted on their official page and all we got was a sorry, please share with your number. A half smart company would take the complaint number and pull out the details. It is more likely that God will answer your prayers compared EUREKA Forbes doing anything for their customers. The company is terrible and their attitude to customers is even worse. I am pretty sure that the company is sleeping and no one will bother to respond. I am tempted to gift wrap the machine and send it to the head of customer service (btw, whose name/contact details are not shared on the site)

                Dear Sir I am D. M. Choudhary, I have complaint against Eureka Forbes for their services. My water purifier's not working since last one & half month then i had lodged a complaint to our local service personal Mr. Sunil / Mr Ganesh who has made my AMC last June'13 (Contract receipt no[protected] but they are unable to attend my complaints after several call. After that i have lodged a complaint in your toll free no on 27th July'13, complaint no is 72405195 and they also assured to resolve the problem within 48 hours but no one came till date for resolution. I have again lodged complaints to your customer care (no[protected] on 19th Aug but no response till date. In the meantime i have reminded to your local technician, your eureka forbes sales representative Mr. Sunil & Mr. Yogeshji regarding my complaint and every time they assured that it will be rectified on priority but no one attend the complaints till today. Today i have again a complaint by telephonic discussion with Mr. Rupendra Bodle[protected] and he assured to do something but still waiting for action.                   We Shiv-Vani Oil & Gas Exploration Services Ltd.purchased a water purifier RO system in 2012.We have complaint to your Talcher executive to change the accessories of the system on 21.08.2013 morning. He replied that he will come along with spares on 22.08.2013.He does not come and we tried to talk with him but his mobile was switch off.You are giving capsan that it is friend for life. Is it really true or just a hoax. We never thought before that your company executives are so much casual and inefficient. Do you please tell us what is your policy? Once you sale after that no commitment. How long can your company will run by giving false commitment and assurance like this. Still if you have a little bit shame then answer my questions.                     I had purchased a product (Aquaguard enhance RO) from eureka forbes during april 2012..The sales person collected the cheque +cash(14000 INR) and told that bill will be posted through courier.Till(22 aug 2013)not received.complaint registered but closed by themselves.I left out that issue...in between the warranty period (1 year) more than 5 to 6 times product fault....for each fault they take around one week to attend with a un experienced person...finaly waranty period gets over they told to pay AMC....for that AMC collection and to change filter they take their own time...I paid 7900 INR by cheque for AMC on 29/06/2013 for two years..again product fault on 18/08/2013.complaint registered on 19/08/2013.till today (22/08/2013) no response from eureka forbes for attending the complaint.when we call customer care only reply, with in today they send person for solving the issue.in their website they kept 4 steps to solve the issue...(it will take around 1 month)

                        I have purchased a Aquaguard on 2012 and it is one year service free. In second service on 14.08.2013 One unskilled technician came and open the machine and unable to fit it properly so the music system of machine is not working. When i complain again on 17.8.2013 and several reminder to customer care Reg no- [protected] Cust No-[protected] but till date 21/8./13 no response. It is matter of drinking water.

                        Eureka Forbes — No installation even after one week of purchase

                        I bought an Aqua Flow DX UV from Adishwar Electronics on June 8th 2011.
                        The guys at the store told me that once bought Eureka Forbes service personnel will come and install the purifier within 48 hours.
                        Today it is June 13th and I have not even been able to get through to a responsible person in Eureka Forbes.
                        Their customer contact center has put me on hold for 10 minutes more than once.
                        When I called up today, one lady told me that the model that I bought does not have any facility for installation at home. This amounts to spreading wrong information.
                        This filter was supposed to be installed at my grandmother's house. My grandmother who is more than 80 years old lives alone and cannot run after these Eureka Forbes guys again and again.
                        I want the Eureka Forbes guys to give monetary compensation to her in view of the harassment they have made her undergo.

                        AQUAGUARD EUREKA FORBES — defective machine on purchase

                        i shaikh afzal had purchase a aquaguard compact on 28th april 2012 ,it was delivered on 30th april 2012 by paying full payment on delivery .Since then i was facing problems for intallation of the machine from the sales representative who was unavailable whenever i tried to call him ,then i lodge a complaint at company call centre who send a plumber to install it after one week.At the time of installation i came to know that the product i purchased was not working at all so then i call the representatives of the company to refund or replaced it immediately but they say that they would repair it.I totally condemned this kind of behaviour and act towards me as i want full replacement of the product or refund because i have paid money for new machine and not for a defective one.I request you to please look in to the matter as soon as possible as we are drinking contaminated water from 10 days

                          I purchased the product in the month of July. The delivery boy did not gave the invoice and coupons. When I tried calling the Sales person, he assured me that he will provide it asap but after no. of followups, he kept me assuring but not delivered coupons and Invoice. I called Eureka customer care and lodged a complaint on 3rd Aug 13 (Request no[protected] and they assured me that it will be delivered withing 3-4 days. I missed to followup in between but when I called there customer care again on 20th Aug 13, they said they are working on it but it seems that they had forgotten the request. Eureka is pathetic in its services. The customer care executive was very casual and said ok...we will look into it and get back to you....in a very casual manner as if he doesnt care.

                            Hi I asked for a RO candle which cost Rs. 355 and their service charge is Rs.425. I said the sales person I can myself replace the candle so I don't need the service.                               we bought vaccum cleaner thru a salesman named deekshith. while giving demo of vaccum cleaner wet n dry this deekshith didnt told us that we have to remove filter otherwise motor of vaccum cleaner will burn or damage. we were using as per demo he gave , then the motor got damaged i mean it got burnt from inside one day after 7 months . and the filter is also damaged since we dindt removed before wet cleaning. now we called him and said that motor is damaged how it happend with in one year of the warrenty period. he refused n told us i didnt gave any wrong demo. he just lied on our face. he told we have to pay 2800 for new motor and new filter . why we wil pay ? it was not our fault . he gave wrong demo. the other thing he promised us for free bag with the vaccum cleaner he dindt gave that too . he is doing false promises. one guy by reddy came to chek weather we got bag or not but i told no the company is keep on telling us that tehre is no stock of any bag . they dindt agve us any free bag till now we bought vaccum cleaner on 14th december 2012. now i will not a pay a single rupees to this comapny for any exchange of the parts . we gave for repair the vaccum cleaner to the same deekshit on 1st agst 2013 he told he will be delivering us vaccum cleaner but till now that person did not came with my vaccum cvleaner . where is he i dont know i dindt called him . i want strict action should be taken on this deekshit his phone no. is [protected] n he will pay the loss 2800 n bag from his poket . why will i pay becos of his fault . without proper traing how he came gave wrond demo to us nd promised a bag n dindt gave us. pls help me

                                I purchased Aquaguard Enhance model water purifier 2 months back and it was not working since 1 month, I started complaining to customercare [protected] more than 5 times , spending more than 100 rs.to call, sometimes nobody responds, if responds they talk so politely and saying they SMS complaint no.which they never give and no tecnician calls us regarding complaint.this is the way, world's paani ka doctor is sick himself and asking us to go for other outside doctor.Today , I called again and mr.Prahlad from Bangalore responded and gave complaint no.72600727.He says some technician will be calling shortly.He told me 2 more complaints were recorded previously from my phone no.[protected].Right now, we are getting mineral water from outside , keeping pani ka doctor idle inside my house.This is the way Eurekaforbes customercare is functioning so effectively with useless people as employees.
                                I am also trying on this forum leaving the result to God.

                                  Purchased a water purifier in February 13, since than developed problem 6 times, almost having problem every month. On that there is poor service to increase your suffering. Complaint is Always attended on 3 rd day n then they don't have parts to be replaced so this repair process takes 7 days every month.....is there any solution to this problem of every month

                                    I have filled the annual maintenance contract form and still after 1 week there is no reply from the department and nor they have turned up for changing the filters and installing the wall mount stand which I requested from them. And now the water discharged from the purifier is not up to the mark. I am very much disappointed with the service and I now really feel that i made a big mistake in choosing Eureka Forbes over KENT.

                                      On July 3rd eureka forces sales executive around 7 pm came and mesmerised me and asked to buy a vacuum cleaner. Hence we punches the same. He assured that the demonstration. Will be done once we purchased the cleaner.the cleaner was delivered after enormous confusion by delivering a cheap costing another instrument and replacement after number of complaints . From that date I am asking for demonstration and request for using the cleaner. Till date my complaints have not been attended(15/8/13)

                                        I have purchased a Crystal water purifier model of Aquasure on 21 September 2012. It has 1 Year warranty.

                                        I have registered a complain regarding not working of Crystal Water Purifier on 22 July 2013. The complain number is 72317779.
                                        Till date, this complain is pending. No one care to solve the issue.
