Hi.
We have visited GRT flagship shop in Jayanagar, due to familiarity with the brand and to check out the collection during the Bangle Mela.
We are dissppointed with the following aspects:
- Not much collection befitting a Mela
- Very poor organization of the space and attendants
- Absolute indifferent attitude of the staff in the first instance
- Cashier is struggling to process the cards/cash even with 3-4 customers
- No concept of Q system while making the payment or the shop is enforcing any
- Wish they emulate basics of streamlining their ops from their parent shop in Chennai and observe the absolute professional and wonderful touch that one would get from their peer group member on MG Road which has started its largest outfit in the recent past. Was this information helpful? | 
Later after we had weighed in the same store other place which is more 25milli gram, & I am not sure which is the right weight weather the weighing machine are checked by Government board & sealed. I have not taken the difference amount since I had got a wage answer.
I had purchased many from GRT & each & every time there would be a less weight, One reasons I buying their quality is very Good. May be I am wrong I need to check with other vendor.
I have put some Monthly chit account & I have been buying from here so long & I need to check all the jewels weight.

This is not a Vegetable where I can compromise in Weight, This is a Jewel & they are charging even in Milli Gram, Will they allow if it is more.
