I renewed Hathway Regular 64 kbps unlimited connection to Free way extra 1:2 256 kbps unlimited with customer ID 194137 on September 17, 2007 for half yearly package and paid the full amount in advance. I was guaranteed net speed in-between 120 140 kbps but right from the day one the speed was around 20 30 kbps. On registering complaint several times, it took Hathway internet three days to send the technical representative to resolve the issue but even the tech representative was unable to resolve the issue and promised to get back to me within two days with resolution. Upon pursuing the complaint they say the complaint is in-process and the tech representative will be there by the end of the day. Still waiting for the tech representative to respond!

Why Hathway Internet did promise me 256 kbps speed when they do not have good infrastructure to provide the speed and technical support team to resolve the complaints?

I request the Hathway to either refund the amount paid or provide me with the speed that they had initially promised.

I renewed Hathway blast Quarterly 512 kbps 3GB connection to Free way extra 1:4 512 kbps free download at night & In day time 1GB/Month with customer ID 34568 on November, 2006 for Quarterly package and paid the full amount in advance at each quarter. Still they are sending me bill of 2000/- extra overdue amount.
You rightly said the speed is also less than specified in the plan.I had registered the complaint several times but they ignore it & says that Your PC is old hence you get it checked with Technician .My technician says the problem is lying with Hathway & I confirmed by starting speedometer which was showing less speed than specified in the plan .I contacted them but they have not send their representative in the presence of my technician & I am facing same un resolved problem till date.Even I met personally to them but still the problem remains unresolved.

Even at night many times internet is not working & they are not adjusting that amount in the bill / next renewal .

hi i m harsh mehta i have taken the net connection from hathway and i hav been taken the poalne for six months that to very high budget of plan from hathway but wat i was promised is not fullfilled i was info abt the speed that it will be 512 kb ps but here the speed they are providing is the same one wich the normal customers take the nominal plan and the speed they get from there is the same i get i m tired of complaning them again and again now finally i had to take a step now i m tired of complaining them and there is no action they hav taken on it so pls help me in this my hatway a.c no is 207907 pls guide me on this

when i chat with my sister at kuwait over hathway internet i am able to receive her voice but when i make reply she could not hear my voice.i have checked my headphone and other hardware they found correct.please check this complaint.The problem in net chating must be corrected.

i cant get even 12 kbps download Speed?
sometimes it goes less than 1kbps...
dear sir, this is narasimhulu my customer id:401139, i was paid money 01-01-09 to 31-03-09, but ur company is send due bill, u r sevice is not good, i am not satisfied ur service plz disconect net from[protected], after apr-09 i am not responsible for u net bill, what man chack callection also required n number of calls what is this service, thank u
the username and password to login do not work and the net speed is really pathetic, in 512 plan its not even 10 kbps download speed, where it shd be 60 kbs, just the net sucks
I am agree the speed problem. These guys tell lie and never do what they say also they do not pick phone and do not give respond to complaint.They usually do not pick phone at customer care if they pick by mistake will cut phone afte 10 seconds

sir i got connection from hathway in subhsh nagar 13 block . i got 128 kbps speed plane but they sending me only 60 - 90 kbps i so many contact them but they failed to rectifide .pls solve my problem.

i got hathway internet connection of 128 kbps at mysore from, Chamaraj Mohalla, Mysore branch. the service is very poor, the connectivity get extreemly slow(all most no connectivity) at night time, i have to call every 2nd or 3rd day to the service provider and fight every time, please fix this problem soon

Hathway Internet — Worst Service ,taken money no internet connection

I have taken hatway internet connection of 256Kbps unlimited plan customer id 589878, When I was taken connection first time and end of the last month for 20 days no connection provided, and after one month one person from hathway came and assured that this time it will not be happen and will improved our services, and for last month problems we will deduct 100 Rs and renew the connection, so I have renewed my connection by providing cheque since then no proper services and importantly they are not providing the night services at all, called customer care and from them will send u the person but no one coming and rectifying the issues, raised too many complaints/tickets.

Please help me and if possible post this to Hathway , give hopes to the customers ,its not bluffing company by providing good /relaible services

I am 100% sure that there is no proper services from Hathway, its technical team, Customer care is very poor.Its just bluffing the people.
Hathway is a Lousy & dead service provider in Hyderabad.

They have a very poor technical & support staff for the sewrvice alos. At the same time their response time against query is more than 24 hrs.
