We had availed for Hathway broadband service from April of 2007.
To be very frank till date we are not satisfied with your service.
When, our account expired in October, we were asked to pay the renewal, which we did after that due to some external cable problem, we did not get any connections for 45 days and after that we had some problem with our machine and hence the entire 3 months period we never used the broadband connection.
When we got a call from your people to renew our connection in January 2008, we told them that we have not used the connection in the last 3 months and hence requested to renew our connection, with our payment paid in Oct 2007, but they informed us that it was not possible to do that, but asked us to renew the connection and as per practice informed us that the old balance will be credited to our account when we renew our connection.
Since, the last complaimnt was that our machine was not working properly, we had requested your people to check the machine and cerify it before we renew the connection, which they did and in January we renewed the connection. As usual we had a few problem once the connection was renewed, but within a week we had the problems rectified and we were using the connection to our satisfaction for once.
Suddenly on March 17th we lost the connection and when we complained again, we were SHOCKED to hear that, we had used up all the GB alloted to us, we were very suprised, since we had not done much download, but only browsed and sent emails, on further complains, we came to understand through one Mr. Rajan & Mr. Senthil, that the old balance was never carried over on renewal because we had not renewed on time and hence we were give a new connection (but with the old Customer ID) suprise suprise :-))))
This is ridiculous, we had renewed the same a few days later because, we had asked your people to check our machine and certify before renewing.
Reps give all lies. Their office Customer Service is , Deccan office the same & their HEAD OFFICE in Santacruz has no complaint system at all. Called on their Landline Headoffice number & i told my complaint to her. She tells me to contact the pune office & tells me what can i do. I forgot what else can can a person sitting at the headoffice taking customer calls do. Very funny.
I took a new connection of HATHWAY Broadband but it never came even after 17 days. They told me 7 days Crap...Crap.. Crap... after 7 days told me 5 days then 3 more days. No courtesy. I made a stop payment of my Cheque cause i dont want to have any service from those fools at Hathway who know to take advance payment but do not know anything what Service means. A real frustrated customer who got saved from ur service before going thru hell...
