Channels are not getting

Hathway's STB is not updating the channels even they provide those thru direct cable.
All employees are sleeping, they dont even have a customer care number . Stupid and careless service in Hyderabad.
They should be moved to trial....

Miserable and highy irresponsible customer care

Hi,

The cable TV (setup box) is not receiving signals for more than last 2 weeks. After hundereds of call to customer care, 1 technican ( Named Jagan) has finally appeared , but has disapperared with my setup Box.
Now when calling at customer care, various support people keep lying and dilly dallying the matter of installing the setup box again.

Please note that I have paid 6 months rent in advance and...

No Renewal

Hathway Renewal system is very very Bad. Irresponsible guys. They took my money 10 days ago and till now did not bother to renew the my internet account.
They dont bother to answer phone calls.
This kind service is really really pathetic.

Hathway will loose its brand name if some one higher authoritites dont take care of this...
Higher authorities please act fast before you people loose your brand name....

Set Top Box not working. No response from HATHWAY

Hathway sucks !!!!

Its one of the worst service provider on earth.

The box has not been working for almost 3 months now. Contacted the concerned Hathway people. They assure me of immediate help. But they never did that.
I am very dissapointed. Please help. I wish if someone could file complaint against this DIRTY organisation for there DIRTY job.

no service

This is regarding my notion that hathway cable & datacom pvt. Ltd. is really a company and delivers quality service to its clients. But yes today i really understood that this company is no more than a bunch of mis-managed people who themselves don’t know what quality is and what is the meaning of customer service.
I am an Analyst in a reputed company and require net connection all the time.

wrongly selling the set top boxes

the hathway cable in nasik has delibratelly spoiled the quality of its cable reception so that users would opt for the set top boxes which gives a clear picture. but this is the wrong way of selling the box i had to buy that box for the cricket matches as the reception was not clear at all

please help the nasik cable users as all r now opting for set top boxes thinking that their wire is faulty

Non-Refund of Modem Deposit

I have subscribed to their cable internet in March 07 and paid the quartrly usage charges in adavnce in March 07 along with refundable security modem deposit of Rs 1000 ( thier receipt no.S98972 dated 11 Mar 2007). Before I avail thier services , I was moved out of Chennai to Hyderabad and returned their modem and reqyested several times for refund of security deposit. No Action was taken...

Poor BROADBAND download speeds.

I have recently taken a new 256kbps broadband 6-month package (Customer ID: 167296) from Hathway.

At the time of being given the connection I was assured speeds of 256 kbps (or at least 80% of it which is roughly ) at all times. However, I have been experiencing speeds between 25-85kbps during the nights (when I am most likely to use the service) and around 110 kbps during the day (which is way below the promised speed). Disconnected my six month plan in three months

I brought a bradband connection from Hathway Broadband Internet based in chennai.

I took a six month plan for which I gave the advance.

As my connection was getting near to three month of service, I got a call from Hathway Broadband Internet that my connection is due for renewal and will expire after completion of three months of service.

Poor infrastructure and internet speed

I renewed Hathway Regular 64 kbps unlimited connection to Free way extra 1:2 256 kbps unlimited with customer ID 194137 on September 17, 2007 for half yearly package and paid the full amount in advance.
