Jagdamba Pearls — Poor quality of product delivered

I was very excited when after surfing through all the different websites, I finally zeroed down on Classic Pearl Watch from JPearls and was waiting to see it for real after liking what I was promised on the website, but to my disappointment, the moment I opened the box to reveal the watch inside, all my happiness and excitement turned sour looking at the overall poor quality of the product I had recived. The product description says "PEARL SHAPE : ROUND" well what a joke! All the pearls have different shapes from oval to near-round to scaled, etc. The description also said on the website: "PEARL QUALITY: AAA" which is even bigger a joke, all the pearl beads look dull and horribly scratched and rubbed off. Even the clip that is used to fasten the watch is not the pearl clip shown in the picture but a metal clip with sharp edges, the types you get in the artificial chains. It is so sharp and roughly pointed that it will be ruining out all my dresses, if I am to wear this watch.... The biggest blow came when I saw that the watch IS NOT RUNNING.... The company seems to have thought I ordered a “watch looking bracelet” but hay, I actually ordered a watch with the pearl strap… I expected it to show mw time too... I AM HORRIBLY DISSAPPOINTED IN JAGDAMBA PEARLS.
