Jeweller — Extra weight added as hallmarked charge

Yesterday on dated 22 Jan 2012 we bought two gold items from RAJA Jweller , Sadar market Gurgaon.

1st item was of weight 2.03 gm and other item was of 2.69 gm. The jweller made .3 gm extra weight on each items as a hallmarked charged.
So jweller made extra charge of 0.6 gm on us as a hallmarked charged.

Gold was of quality 22C with rate 2690 per gram.

Today we went to jweller to return the jwellery or give us money which he has taken as extra charge of hallmark.
But he did not give us money.
We have the receipt which he given to us.

Kindly do the needful against him as he cheated.
