I had purchased a pearl necklace set worth Rs.2499/- from JPearls through SmartBuy.
The order number is 24761. The purchase was made on 16-Apr.
The customer support called me and informed that they did not have the item that I had requested.
They wanted me to select another product. However, I did not find anything satisfactory and hence requested for a refund. They said money would be refunded to my account.
However, it has been over 3 months now and every time I call the customer support they are not prompt in response. They say they will initiate the refund. I had called them over 20-30 times and I am tired running behind them. So far nothing has happened.
