Jpearls Secunderabad — Regarding product delivery

Hello sir,
I ordered a Pooja thali(Silver) from Jpearls,Secundrabad on 27th June.I already done online payment with order number 30206.Till i not get any reply and delivery from them.Everytime i called them on [protected] / [protected]/ [protected].But no use of it, they didnt reply me properly.On site they mentioned they will do delivery within 3 days.There site is www.jpearls.com
Please help me regarrding it.
