I bought a watch (Swatch) from Just in Vogue at Lifestyle, Oberoi Mall, Goregaon (E). AT the time of purchase they told me that in case of any problem including new cells I may conctact them. But around a year later when the watch stopped ticking, I went there for replacing the cells but they told me that they have no spare parts and asked me to go to the one at Inorbit Mall.
Due to lack of time I couldn't go there for a few months and today when I finally got there, they said they don't keep it eitehr and asked me to visit some place in Dadar.
The watch has been lying idle for almost 4 months now...
Just in Vogue seems to have no idea about post sales service and they are interested only till you pay them money. Was this information helpful? |
