Why you people are spoiling the name of HOMESHOP18 a biggest marketing company.... i have ordered a kada of shriram jwellery in March it hardly cost 375 rupees.. and till now i am suffering that why i have ordered it with you....
Before you were serving us so well but now its become poor and poorer.... i have registered a complaints 7-8 for the same thing and every time it delivered broken....or damaged and its cost now become 600 to me including courier charges and telephone charges....
Your executives has told me that they have tried to call me upp.. bt i didn't picked up the call and the fact is i didn't attended or receive any kind of a miss call also...
Firstly you are sending us a damaged product and committing a false statement.....this is really heights of you....
And when i requested your executive at the callcentre,, that i want to talk to your senior .... after holding my line for 10mins he came back and said all are busy on another call.......Is this a way you are currently serving your customer??????????
Kindly take some action as soon as possible and revert me back... or i'll going to apply for a fraud case in consumer court under act 1999...
