Khaviraj Houseware Banglore — 6 EMI was not converted

I purchased a Jewelry kit from Khaviraj Houseware Banglore & I particularly mentioned it as 6 EMI. But till date it was not converted as 6 EMI. I have given the details below regarding the same.
Purchased Date : 28.08.2009
Ind Invoice No. : [protected]
Amount : Rs. 1458.00
I had made several phone calls to ICICI Ph Banking regarding the same. There is no proper feed back. Still I made my Credit Card Payment as an amount of Rs.243.00 as an EMI which I have mentioned above along with my regular purchased amount.This is for your information. My Credit Card has been BLOCKED from 01.03.2010. Khaviraj Houseware also given the Approve Code that they have not swiped the total amount. Approve Code : 367715. I am having all the details correctly. If this problem is not solved I am planning to submit a Case in the Consumer Court. I am not threatening you but it should be cleared within next 2 to 3 working days.
