[Resolved]  Khojguru Buyatbrands DTDC Standard — Order not delivered

I agree. I have the same problem with buying the same product. I made payment on 23rd april 2011 too. my order number is (order no: 000382). I have received a mail reply couple of time but all it said was that it will seeon be delivered. I called them up. 99% of the time, no one will pick up the phone. Once it was answered and i was told that there is come problem with the order series at DTDC end from order 350 to 392 (smthin like it) but i was assured that i will get the delivery by thursday 100%.

It was today and i received nothing ! this should be enquired. It seems like a fraud with the crapiest customer service !!!

I would suggest all buyers not to buy from buyatbrands. I bought 14 reebok watches from them in one order to gift it to my employees.. but all of them seem to be fake with worst packaging. The boxes have dents and seems very old like collected from rubbish. Dont buy from this company friends.. The worst part is they dont even have a number to speak to them. It is annoying to email them and wait for day to get a response.

Finally I got the product and received call from buyatbrands, they finally apologized for the delay of product due to error in printing of address to courier and promised not to repeat this type of errors in near future.
So...A sigh of Reliiiiiieeef at Last!!!

We are happy to resolve all the complaints against us. we had also reshipped items that were lost in transit, etc. We just want our customers to be happy.


invoice 361 case has been resolved with reshipment of lost consignment.

Order no. 382 was shipped over the consignment no. Z36824673 of DTDC and is now delivered. We have asked the customer to take the comment back. Please do so Sir.


@reebok fakes: So far we have not revieved any order for 14 watches of reebok. Kindly facilitate with your order no. We will be happy to accept a return if you are unsatisfied. We had just got 1 bulk order of reebok watch which was of 72 quantities and has a happy customer with us.

My experience with Buyatbrands had been very bad. [order 001184]

I ordered a Casio watch 558 D, under the deals they had, to avail the deal I purchased a coupon of Rs. 300 from other site.

I order the watch, the watch I received was a FAKE one, (though they say it had manufacturing defect, but I'm sure it was a fake piece)

I asked them to replace the watch with a genuine one (or without manufacturing defect).
They had the watch available on site without the deal, but they said they will not be able to replace the watch as now its not under the deal.

SO I Assume They Sell only FAKE watch under deals, and i[censored] want genuine you get them at the price that you pay anywhere else.
They have refunded my amount to close the deal, but I have already lost the amount that I paid for coupon and the shipping the fake watch back.

My suggestion to all of you planning to buy from BuyAtBrand, ensure that you are getting a genuine item, get the item received verified at the authorized dealer or better still don't buy.
