We have purchased jwellary worth RS- 63500/- of KISNA DIAMOND JWELLARY from local shop keeper.
After verifying weight of MANGAL SUTRA WITH pedal the weight was less that mentioned by KISNA BRAND certificate issued by the company.
The weight on certificate was 8.88 gram but actually found only 8.56gram.
This is a clear cut case of cheating customers.
I want to lodge complain against this company and what are the consumer rights to teach the lessons to this kind of fraudulent companies?
