Hello Sir , I am Ketan Parikh form Gandhinagar -Gujarat .i have placed an order of "Maur- Regal Collection" PRODUCT CODE :698-41 .We got product on Date 02/22/2011 on Blu Dart Courier through i pay 2999 Rs.
but Set is Defactive .immidiately i contacted the customer service departmnet for replacement of the set.they give me two numbers (1) [protected] & (2) [protected] . i am dialing this number but this number not reply for me .
plz sir take immidiately action .i have lost my money & its giving me mental distrube . I have also not Got 20% Feedback Voucher as mentioned in the add.
