[Resolved]  Necklace set (Fashion jewel) — Color change to black

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have purchased a fashion necklace set from Narayana Pearls in Chennai - T.Nagar, with a warranty of one year period, however the jewels turned to black color within 6 months period, when I approached them for a return, they are not accepting and I am trying to contact the owner through customer care and repeated telephone calls, but unable to reach them, the shop people are telling only polish can be made and that too for a period of one year only. I am looking for a fair justice, can any one help me, please guide whether I need to go to consumer court for this case.
