A fancy store which has both the beauty saloon and rold gold jewellery sale. The shop is run by Mrs. Prema. She sells jewels on gaurentee basis and non-gaurentee basis.
We bought a bangle cost of Rs. 450/- and the bangle was used only once. the very next day it was noticed that the stones in the bangle (2 stones) has fallen down and the bangle was faded. she has given a used bangle and when asked for the quality of the bangle, she and her husband used abused and bad words which was really insulting.
She refused to give the bill of the product also.
Kindly do the necessary steps so that more family will be saved from her words and fraudulent activity.
