I have purchased one gold chain from Rajmal Lakhichand ,at that time i asked them if i return the chain after sometime,they said that you will have loss of making charges ,I either can purchase new ornament of same wait in 22carrate or if i want cash they will give me Rs700/10gm less than current market price.After some time two times chain was broken and they repaired it,when third time it was broken iasked them to take chain back and give me cash.Then they insisted that i should purchase new chain from them or they will pay me 91.6% of gold value, i arguied with them ,remindingthem of what they told me at the time of punchase.But they arrogantly said that we are here to do buisness I said them this is not buisness this is cheating ,manager said you may think whatever you want to ,i said them I will go to consumer court ,manager said do whatever you want to.How long people of Rajmal Lakhichand will cheat people God knows? I went to Purchase Gold on Muhart of Guru Pushamrut Dates 16th July 2015. at Rajmal Lakhichand Jewellers Showroom at Kalewadi Phata Pune. we want to Purchase Pure Gold (24 Carat) . when we ask for vedhani or biscuit manager show it to us and then said we charge making on this. We said, we have purchase Pure Gold (Vedhani or Biscuit) from Many jewellers. no one ask for making on this. then he start shouting arrogantly "BAKI KOI LETA HOGA NAHI LETA HOGA HUM LETE HAIN" then me and My Husanad discuss and conclude ok no issue buy it. then we have waited around 50-60 Min in long Queue for billing the item. when we come at Billing counter we have given card for Payment then he said 2% Extra for card. we said now a days everyone is using card Payment no one is asking for extra amount on Card. then he said you are purchasing Pure Gold so we are charging. then i said do one thing give me in written as we are Purchasing Pure Gold and through Card Payment so you are charging Extra 2% on bill amount. he was not ready to give this. because he also know that he is cheating to customer. Even they are charging 300-400 Extra on gold rate as compare to Market.
