I am Purushotham living in Chennai since 7 years, I had purchased an Diamond gold Ring in Rathna Stores (FIRM) Thangamaligai,shiva complex, 79, Usman Road, T.Nagar, Chennai- 17. on the 12th March 2006 the ring was purchased for an amount of 11,445/-Rs,
for some reasons I have decided to sell the ring for cash now the company is only giving me Rs. 7,245/-
although I have shown the bills etc., The company says that they cannot give me more then this amount.
I had gone to the said shop more then 3 to 5 times in this issue they are not accepting to pay more.
Please help me to obtain my legitimate amount
