[Resolved]  Redbus — Non refund of Money

I was booking an online ticket with redbus for on 19 April for my journey from Hyderabad to Pune.
My ticket was not booked and the screen displayed that amount Rs 950 is charged and will be refunded by 26 April.

My bank account also says that twice amount Rs 950 is charged.

Till now no amount is refunded and I have mailed these guys many times. Redbus even dont respond to call I make.

Online Reservation through RED BUS — Money got deducted twice.

Hi,
I booked ticket online through redbus, I did reservation for 1 ticket n i got 1 ticket only but from my account they deducted money twice.
after complaining, they said to provide transaction number, i gave dat, den dey ask for bank statement, as m in bangalore n my bank is in pune i cant go der for collecting bank statement, I dont have ebanking facility for that acc also, so i manage to gv transaction number also i sent dem scaned copy of mini statenet . but still they are giving me some or another foolish reason n asking for bank statenet . i have all email communication.
what to do?

Red Bus — Non Refund of Money

I am ramesh from chennai. I was booked one ticket from chennai to madurai on 12 th jan 2010 (ticket booked date 7 th jan 2010) through redbus.in site. but i was cancelled the ticket on 9th jan 2010 but still now i have not received my cash from redbus. so many times i was asked to redbus those people tells we will give cancellation reference number you will use this within 3 month. Hence i asked i will not travel for next 3 month because i will plan to go bihar for my job works. but they will tells this is not our problem. so plese refund my money at the earliest to my credit card account.
same happened to me twice in a same week.after payment is made but ticket not issued and promised me to refund the money.I have not get the money refunded even after 60 days.They told me that they cannot track the incident . So i provided the screenshot of the messages, bank statements showing the transaction is made, and the reference number.After that no reply from Redbus yet.
I booked on ticket to travel from Mumbai to Bangalore in HKB travels through redbus on 18th April 2011 to travel on 29th April 2011. On my first trial of booking the above ticket, after selecting the seats, and giving all details for the payment gateway, I received an SMS that money has been deducted (from the credit card bankers). However the ticket eas not booked. I immediately called up the redbus call center. I spoke with the person from Pune, and he enquired about the transaction and informed me that no money has been transferred to redbus and also that ticket wasn't booked and hence advised me to boot again. This time It was successful.

However on receiving the credit card statement, we are finding that bus ticket amount has been twice recorded. Effectively, we have pay for double. We immediately contacted redbus, who asked us to send a mail to [protected]@redbus. After that we have made make calls to red bus. Every time we land into an agent fro Pune/Ahmedabad/Mumbai/Bangalore to whom we need to explain all over again. Inspite of all these efforts, even after so many days we still have not got the money back.
I have booked tickets for departure from chennai to nagercoil via redbus...Due to some technical fault ,i got a message that my bank amount is debited 1220 INR,but could not issue the tickets and so money will be refunded at the latest of 24 th of april....But still i din't get any refund of money ...my reference number is 843465..please check the same issue..
I have booked ticket to travel from Rajahmundry to Hyderabad in VRL travels through redbus on 16th August 2013.all buses cancelled reason for samaikyandhra ...But still i din't get any refund of money...

ON 16.10.2014 I WAS BOOKING BUS TICKET FROM CHENNAI TO MADURAI USING RED BUS ANDROID APP.
WHILE PAYING BILL THROUGH MY STANDARD CHARTERED ONLINE BANKING, THE PROCESS
SUDDENLY AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED

RS 700 ALSO DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT BUT TICKET NOT BOOKED

THEN THAT DEDUCTION AMOUNT TILL NOE NOT RETURN TO MY ACCOUNT

I am Govind booked ticked on 29/01/15 from bangalore to gokak on 30-01-15 vrl aamount decteddected 1600 rupees titickticket nonot bbooked NoNo [protected]
