Hi,

Really Mother of frauds is redbus.in/Dhanunjaya travels, I booked tickets on on 04/10/2011 from chennai to hyderabad. In which Dhanunjaya travels preponded the travel time and without any information about the prepondment. when i called customer care they asked me to take another travels for which i asked to pay 1500Rs. All these are to F---- our money through online.

Don't ever book tickets through...

online booked no ticket given and they deducted amount from my card

Redbus.in is cheating customers, when i booked through online from orange travels site form hyderbad to chennai they deducted the amount from my credit card, and later no bus ticket got generated, when i contacted them they said will will not charge the amount from the card later i found the amount deducted from my card when i contact orange tours they said redbus is main, when i contacted redbus they sayign we do not...

No proper service for cancellation

We have been tryin to cancel a ticket from Goa to chennai (travel date - Aug 17,2011) for the last two weeks. The secenario is -

When the booking was done Redbus made a mistake and booked it for July 17'th (9 tickets fare of 11950/) Cash was paid on delivery on july 4.
We noticed later the journey date was july 17 instead of august 17 So we call them up and cancelled it and asked them to transfer...

Double booking of seat

I had booked a Kadamba bus ticket from the redbus site for a trip to Goa. The seat was confirmed and I printed out my Confirmed ticket. Now, once I got to the bus, the conductor see's that my name is not on the list, but instead my seat is booked in some other name. Money refund not done

I had booked a ticket on redbus website but the ticket was not issued and money was deducted from my account. I was asked to send a mail to "[protected]@redbus.in","[protected]@redbus.in","shaik.[protected]@redbus.in" to get the money refunded back to me.
Inspite of my several mails and telephonic conversation with the redbus team neither have they refunded the money back nor did i get any reply from the redbus team...

Frustrated with poor service of redbus

Hi,
I have booked the ticket from Pune to bangalore and next day i got a call from redbus that ticket has beed canceled due to some break down and money will be refunded within 4days but still they have not refunded the money and im very frustrated the poor service of redbus so please do not book the ticket through redbus as they cheat us....i also called to redbus customer care they said sent mail to support and i have sent many mails...
