[Resolved]  Reliance Power Ipo — Neither shares alloted nor money refunded

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I had applied for 225 shares (partly) of Reliance Power IPO but neither even a single share alloted to me nor my money has been refunded. When I tried to confirm the reason online from the site www.karvy.com <http://www.karvy.com/>, the message was that the amount not realised and hence not considered for allotment. But when I checked my bank account transaction, the cheque in favour of Reliance Power IPO -R has already been cleared on 22.01.2008 and the amount of Rs.25875/- has been paid to "Reliance Power IPO - R". After writing the whole episode to reliancepower.[protected]@karvy.com, I got reply to recheck the transaction from my bankers. Then I personally collected my axis bank statement and also got one copy of my bank statement through mail which is showing the transaction of Cheque No.584331 in favour of Reliance Power IPO - R. Till date I have not received the refund amount of the same. Kindly go through seriously and try to help me to get the refund money of Rs.25875/- immediately.

I have also sent the above case details along with the scanned copy of bid cum application form and bank statement copy attached with mail to [protected]@karvy.com and Mr. Sri Kant from [protected]@karvy.com replied me on 14th Feb.2008 that the shares allotted along with the refund will be credited in my account within 3 – 4 working days. I am following regularly from that day but after this mail no reply has been made to me again. Now, I am very much harassed as my financial planning is disturbed and I will have to take loans to maintain the balance unless I am not getting my refund.
Sir, the refund amount of Rs.25875/- can either be directly deposited in my account in the “Axis Bank Account No.[protected]” or the cheque in favour of me can be sent to my residential address as mentioned above.

Please help me.

I have invested in Reliance Power IPO through ICICI Direct.com i.e. through online.
I have applied for 225 share for Rs. 25,875 & I have been not allotted any share.
I heard that whoever applied for 225 share they got at least 15 to 17 share.
Even I have not got my money back/refund.

Even I have called/e-mailed to the registrar Karvy Computershare Pvt. Ltd. (reliancepower.[protected]@karvy.com) many times.
Even I have call them many times, after taking my application no. they are saying this application no. is invalid & they asked me to send the all the details which i have attached in the excel file.
Even I have called/mail ICICI Direct.com ([protected]@icicidirect.com), but they also have not turned around.

Please help me.
