I ordered Sia Shubh collection (6 sets + diamond pendant) on 27 April, 2010 vide order No.[protected] after confirming the product from homeshop18.com website under jwellery & watches (page No. 15) with free diamond pendant worth Rs. 1095/- (I have computer website printout declaring this of dated 30.4.2010). I received the packet on 08-05-10 and after opening the packet I found totally different sets which was total 5 sets and a bangle, which was to my surprise. I immediately tried to lodge the complaint but your computers were not working on Saturday and Sunday. I could only lodge it on Monday and complaint No. is 4574860 dated 10.5.10. It is a very bitter experience as my daughter ordered this collection to gift me on Mother's day on 09.5.10. She was very upset due to this, now I am waiting for a call back and confirming my order delivery of SIA Shubh Collection or else my money back immediately. The loss of surprise to give me this gift on Mothers' Day by my daughter cannot be restored. please take action immediately as it is like this that we have paid in advance Was this information helpful? |
