While oening the siya jewellery product (code no.698-37) , receiving through blue dart courier service, we have noticed that in 2 nos of sets out of 8, in few places the stones were coming out of the boundary, in another 2 sets backside stick of the earing through which it is entered into ear are loose & bent & the white color earing locks are too poor to bear the weight of the earing, in some sets finishing is too bad to wear it around the neck. but while advertising in the channel, it was reflected as a very good quality product to attract the customers like us. so, now we want to return the product to u as it was not upto our expectation & very ordinary Quality product with lots of disfigurement & malformation alongwith our paid money back from u. Waiting for your quick reply & action.
