i received the same SMS just now.. I though it may be an authenticated one as the price money is too little just 2500... (not like the one I use to receive... 5 million GBP something like that)...

but then i realize that lets search on Google about it, And finally i survived :)

I also received ths SMS yesterday for which I replied back and again I got a replied saying I need to pay rs 525 towards tax, insurance & handling charges to get the gift.

The only doubt I have is mine is a company provided card in the name of my Company then how they got my name.

I too recd the same sms on 4.1.2010. I wonder how the mobile number & name has been leaked to a hacker. Is it possible to do so from service provider or any intruder has done that? Any mobile comm. experts, plz do comment on this issue. I would like to know if all the users here r use same service provider or diff providers. I'm an airtel customer

I am not able to understand how he get my name and contact number.
