[Resolved]  Suraj Bhan Jewelers, Ganesh & Co. — Paying less cost for Jewellery on resale

I Vikas Sharma Advocate visited the Ganesh & Co., Gulzar House, Charminar, Hyderabad on 12.07.2011 to exchange the {Pazeb} ladies silver ornament along with my mother. The representative of the showroom said that they will exchange the said ornament at two different rates. He told us that he will take back the ornament @ 45000/- per KG and also less 20% for exchange of old ornament and they are going to charge Rs.55000/- per KG rate for the new ornament. I refused to exchange my ornament on the condition of the jeweller. Is it the true practice by the said jeweller ? It is to be justified by the concerned authority.
