[Resolved]  Tata DoCoMo / Online Recharge — Recharge not happen.. but amount debited from my bank a/c

Hi All:

Yesterday I had recharged for Rs.111 in Tatadocomo online prepaid.. but still now no confirmation is made and the recharge amount is not added, but my amount was deducted from my Bank A/c.. Now I have lost Rs.111 unnecessarily which can be given to a beggar instead of Tatadocomo.

Hi,

I am naveen. I was doing online recharge for 30RS using Tata Docomo online recharge facility around 9am IST today (4rd march). The mobile number is [protected].

Then I entered my icici Debit card details to do online payment. After submitting all the details the 30RS has been deducted from my account but mobile has not been recharged. T/C BIL/[protected]/1201/[protected]/91897

Kindly look into this matter and either refund back my money into my account or recharge the mobile.

tata mobile — Reg:Activation & Recharge

I have taken a new tata mobile connection(Prepaid) having#[protected].I have given all the necessary documents but it has already been a week already past and because of Tata's server is down all these days my number is yet to be activated.My second complaint is i have one more prepaid Tata connection
which iam not able to recharge.

CAN SOMEBODY FROM TATA MOBILE SERVICE EXPLAIN HOW YOU GUYS ARE WORKING WITH
YOUR SERVER ALWAYS DOWN.I USE VARIOUS TATA PRODUCTS.EVEN TATA PHOTON SERVICE NETWORK IS VERY POOR.PLEASE WAKE UP GUYS ORELSE YOUR CUSTOMERS WILL

TATA Indicom — Online Recharge is not successful

I tried to recharge my tata indicom number : [protected] on[protected] by rs.699/- online from ichoose.in. The recharge was not successful and there was error in transaction but the amount got debited from my account. It was not credited back to my account.

i done the recharge of rs 200/- through debit card and i got a return sms that my recharge was failed. but my money was detected from my accont. so, please ensure why my money was detected

i am jayesh jajodia has done online recharge of amount RS 1010 through www.tatadocomo.com on 8/8/2011 on my mobile number [protected]. Through State bank of India YN Rd branch. Transaction ID is MSB[protected]. but i got message that recharge could not be done please try later. but the amount is debited from my bank account.

this is kunj bihari paliwal my mobile number is [protected] i have recharged with RS.125.00 on 1 OCT.2011 but i didn,t get full talk time Regarding this issue i have to customer care but he didn,t give sufficient answer if anybody recharge with RS.125.00 than u will get balance RS.125.00 for 1 month validity that balance called special balance but i didn,t get
that balance and i[censored] want to know about 125.00 recharge than call to 52222 u can listen that massage.
