I have purchaes "Sonata" titan watch from surat retail dealer "Z Sons Opticals" opp mahidharpura police station towr road surat bit within tree month it is not working. I have given to above dealer to gat repair but he refuse to give free service and ask 400 hundred he says that in this watch water is inside the watch so it is not possible to give free service that it is damage, but you belive me i have not do anything with watch so kindly do needful and give proper answer and get service to me so my faith in TATA product is remain good Was this information helpful? |
